Attentive staff, lovely lobby and good gym facilities. Beds were very uncomfortable and small. Nice hotel - rooms were clean and well equipped. The washroom was very spacious and clean. The lobby was very nice, and you could smell the fresh flowers everywhere.

With regard to the Heathman Hotel, of Kirkland, WA, I was amazed at the luxury look and feel of this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I just knew that the week ahead would be one to remember. Wonderful staff, incredible bathroom and the king bed was fantastic; I slept like a baby. My thoughts traversed from one of a Prince to that of a King. One word describes The Heathman, unbelieveable! Okay, two words, really unbelieveable!

Nicely appointed rooms, very comfortable beds and bedding. My location above a parking lot noise in morning from garbage truck Beautifully appointed, friendly staff. Nice open feeling in lobby and good sized rooms.

Location and ambiance. Nothing. The hotel was pleasant, the room very comfortable and spacious. The ambiance was pleasant and not ostentatious. I especially liked the attention to being green. The French press coffee service is an excellent example of that awareness.

Hotel looks brand new, very classy property. Exquisitely furnished. Bathroom sink faucets are madly slow. The Heathman Hotel is an excellent property. Everything looks new and the rooms are exquisitely furnished. Even though I had a 1st floor room, the room was very quiet. Welcoming lobby. Great location in downtown Kirkland. Two little things that could be improved. One, the bathroom sink faucets are maddeningly slow.

Exceptional service and a wonderful hotel. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed, which does not carry a brand name like Hilton or Westin. It has exceptional service, valet parking, right in the middle of the downtown Kirkland and really awesome facilities.

Nice location, convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. There is very little outside ambience; the area was noisy and our balcony was too small to sit out on. The hotel is located right in downtown Kirkland with easy access to shops and restaurants. Our room was quite small, especially compared to the Westin in Bellevue. The staff was helpful and prompt. There is very little outside ambience because of its location. Our balcony was too small to sit on and the view out of our window was pretty much parking lots. We did not eat in the restaurant although the food did look good as we were passing by.

Very clean. Too modern. Very clean hotel with very modern amenities. Big flat screen HD TV. Problem were only valet parking was available, amenities were too modern - couldn't turn off soft sound, alarm clock couldn't work and coffee maker couldn't work.
