Great value despite small roooms with twin beds. Room service menu is fairly priced and food is better than average. Close to HK Exhibit Center and fairly close HK Airport Station.

We had the unfortunate experience of losing 2 watches and my wife's bottle of perfume during our recent stay in the hotel. Unfortunately, we did not notice these until after our return to Sydney. So be careful when you stay there.

Can't beat the price/location. The biggest advantage is easy access to metro and the view is an added bonus for the price. If price matters this place is one of the best values in Hong Kong.

An outstanding hotel for budget travelers. Has the service, style and amenities you need for a personal trip. Rooms are spotless! They are cleaned daily by very pleasant staff. I was in room 2118 and Lisa my room lady was just wonderful I was impressed and received a personal email from the manager. That is very good PR from my point and I will go back their again on my next visit.

nice clean place,very good location in the centre of the city and nearby the exebition centre,for HK and this price a big and nice room with a nice vieuw on the harbour. surely will be back when in HK. worth its price for 100%

Room was very small, however did provide the Harbour View it promised. We were warned at check-in about noise in the corridor in the mornings, and this was very true- many other guests would stop and chat in their open doors at a fairly early hour. This is not the fault of the hotel: indeed, we appreciated the warning! We aren't into mini-bars, but for others, the selection is very limited.

Staff was polite, friendly and helpful. This is a hotel with very competitive prices for its location if you want to stay on Hongkong side. Pity there was not the full range of satellite TV, but you can get by with BBC, Fox , Bloomberg, Discovery and CNBC channels.

Wonderful location and nice, friendly, helpful staff. Some rooms with a harbor view also have a large blinking billboard out the window.

The hotel itself was absolutely fantastic, and had spectacular views, provided that you ask for a harbour view room. Definitely reccommend this hotel.

Decent hotel. Clean and good location. 5 minutes walk to Central or Admiralty MTR stations. Very close to Wan Chai nightlife and plenty of choice of restaurants - fast food around. Room was fair, small LCD TV though, and views of office walls only.

What a hidden gem. After taxi took me to the wrong Harbour View, I was skeptical since I had to walk with heavy luggage about 3 blocks. Check-in was swift and when I got to room I was thrilled. Large room on 21st floor with great unobstructed view of harbour. Close to everything and a Watson's Wine Cellar is about an 8 minute walk - inside the Exhibition Center. The room service menu is above average and pricing is excellent. This is one place that doesn't gouge for RS and quality of food was great. This is where I plan to stay on business in the future.

We have stayed at the Harbourview twice now and have enjoyed both times although second stay we were upgraded to a premier harbour view room which was better than the standard harbour view room as I felt the bathroom (and room) itself was a little bigger or at least better setup. We appreciated the upgrade, thank you Harbourview.

Good location to visit Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. This is a good hotel for the cost based on its location.
