The H Hotel is comfortable, well-located, and beautifully appointed. The staff is courteous and helpful and the food in the cafe and restaurant is delicious and beautifully served. I would definitely stay there again!

The H catered the Midland Tennis Tournamet dinner for appox. 400 people, it was awful. They were completely off the market and ran out of everything; there are about 400 people who will never dine there, way too bad.

This hotel was so nice, it was almost a little uncomfortable for us regular 3 star folks! This place is fabulous!!! It is so nice it seems a strange fit for the area but what a great Jewel in this very nice area! we cannot wait to return!!!

Lobby and pool and weight room. WOW. The standard room No WOW. Very attractive from the outside and in the lobby area. The standard room although very clean nothing special about room. No special little things like hot water, coffee or extras.

The staff was very helpful. Nothing. Went to this hotel with my daughter who was apartment hunting in Midland. Everything was terrific at this hotel. The fitness center is first class. For a business traveler, you couldn't ask for a better facility.

I would easily rate it as a 4 star hotel, by far the best accommodations and most helpful staff in Midland. The food was way above the expected hotel food.

Staff was great, room was comfortable, parking was easy. The hotel's staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The whole experience made the drive through a terrible snow storm worthwhile.

Great renovation, great decor/style. Great cafe Zinc - great coffee & pastries. The H hotel is a little gem in the middle of Michigan. I travel from Toronto to see my son at North-wood University. I enjoy the gym, the cafe, and the atmosphere.

The staff at the hotel and the property were great. Elegant and accommodating. The staff themselves were awesome. For example, the shuttle driver waited for me at the Saginaw airport despite a delayed plane and my filing a claim for lost baggage. All around, though, the staff was very courteous and professional and that is huge during a challenged business trip!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautiful and the rooms were comfy and clean. Rooms are on the small side.

Perfectly located, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed overnight in a higher quality hotel since my son needed a good night's rest for tennis regional the next morning. Unfortunately, a party erupted in the hallway and room next door, and loud music and extreme noise went on until 1:30 a.m. I finally opened our door and asked them to be quiet, and they were extremely apologetic! It was not the hotel's fault, though.

Very comfortable beds, excellent food in restaurant. Was currently being remodeled, not all areas finished, but did not disturb my stay. Hotel situated in a rejuvenated part of Midland downtown, next to a park and walk along the river. Small pool area, but nice.

Great style change throughout renovation, upscale atmosphere in older downtown midland. Didn't expect the amount of renovations/construction. I was disappointed at the amount of ongoing renovations - lobby, basement, gym, but I was impressed with the design changes, decor, and the Cafe Zinc. I recognize the potential finished product. Nice European cafe feel - great coffee.

Excellent staff, nice rooms. Building was under construction. Very nice hotel staff and rooms are nice as well. Beds are great. When construction is done, the experience should be even better.

The beds are absolutely fabulous! I have never experienced anything even close to these! Under construction on lower 2 levels. (We were on the top floor). Still under renovation - when finished later this year, it will be excellent!

The marketplace. Still under construction. It is a luxury hotel in a small town. The marketplace was excellent. You could go get free water, pop, juice, snacks of all sorts for free! This is something I have never seen, and I travel 4 days a week every week.

The bed had good mattress and pillows. The door for the television stuck out where you need to walk when open. The hotel was very nice. It will probably be better after remodeling is completed.

There was not an easy to load and unload your luggage and it made it very difficult in the rain. They are under construction, but that should not effect customer service. If you cannot provide customer service, you should not be open for business.

Close location to events attending. Vending area was lacking in choices. I enjoyed this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was neat and clean. I would recommend this hotel to others.
