Its a lovely hotel, staff were fantastic - knew us by name. The breakfast was a feast, plenty to eat and drink. The room was clean, fantastic views. We has a problem with the air conditioning at 1am in the morning and reported it to reception. They said they would switch it off at the mains in 10 mins... 2am still the noisy racket at 2am - called again and the mainteneace man came out again to fix the problem.Worth trying one but you can get similar experiences for half the amount and that even though we got upgraded to the executive suite

Five star, luxury - yet very expensive - hotel. Beautiful attention to detail (we stayed at Easter time and the flowers, decor etc were exceptional. The golf course is amazing - again very expensive - and all round family friendliness was superb. Overall, far more money than we intended to pay - but you pay your money, you get luxury. It was a real treat!

Very impressive hotel. Interior design and artwork was particularly impressive. Atmosphere was easy-going and relaxing. Our Delux King room in the Mansion part of the hotel was fabulous. The food in Collette's Restaurant was superb. We live locally so will be going back for dinner again soon! The breakfast buffet was excellent too. Not sure i'd like to pay full price though - shop around!
