The Gray

The Gray hotel is situated in the financial and commercial centre of Milan. Set between the Duomo Cathedral and La Scala Theatre, both less that 100 m away, it overlooks the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele shopping arcade. Restaurants can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the park. The Duomo metro station is 180 m from the hotel, the central train station is approximately 3 km and the nearest bus stop is only a few steps away. Lake Como can be reached in around 50 minutes either by car or by public transport. The location of Leonardo Da Vinci's famous 'Last Supper' can be reached within around 15 minutes by public transport.

The city hotel is decorated in a modern design, combining African fabrics and decorations, which reflect its international and contemporary character. It features a total of 21 rooms and suites. Guests are welcomed at the 24-hour reception which also has a 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe and lift access to the upper floors. Other facilities include a caf and a restaurant. Room and laundry services, a car park and a garage are all available for a fee.

Each of the unique en suite rooms will impress guests with a double or king-size four poster bed attached to the ceiling, a private gym, a Turkish bath and large spa bath with built-in TV set and a shower. The rooms also feature an iPod port, a hifi and a 32-inch plasma screen TV with access to satellite channels. Still more luxurious are bathrooms enriched with travertine, wooden floors in ebony, lots of silk covers, as well as velvet, crystals, zebra and ostrich skins and rich African fabrics. Each room also features a hairdryer, telephone, radio, Internet access, a safe, air conditioning, heating and a balcony or terrace.

The restaurant is renowned throughout the city. It serves delicious meat or fish menus featuring Mediterranean and international cuisine and accompanied by excellent wines. A continental breakfast buffet is offered, and lunch and dinner are available either as a set menu or la carte.
