Head east towards Horrie Miller Dr - Turn left at Horrie Miller Dr - Turn left at Affleck Rd - Turn right toward King Rd - Continue straight onto King Rd - Turn right at Kalamunda Rd - Turn left at Abernethy Rd - Slight right to stay on Abernethy Rd - Turn right at Great Eastern Highway Bypass - Slight left at Roe Hwy - Turn right at Great Eastern Hwy - Great Eastern Hwy turns slightly right and becomes Great Southern Hwy - Continue on Balladong St - Turn left at Northam York Rd

Coming from the Great Southern Highway:
Drive past Avon Tce ( main road in York) over river and carry on to T junction - Turn left onto Panmure Road - Grandhouse is approx 360 metres on your right.
