We loved the Murphy Bed. Gave us lots of room. The kitchenette was perfect having a microwave, frig and sink and dishes to use. Loved having windows to open and enjoy the fresh air. Hated to hear the early morning lawn mowers and delivery trucks! Wished we had more TV channels to choose from and maybe free HBO movies would be nice too. Bed was so comfortable with wonderful linens. I would stay here next time. Was surprised to see so few people staying there. We never saw another person in the hallways during out entire stay.

This was our second Christmas at Crested Butte and we decided to stay at The Grand Lodge. It did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and very helpful with whatever we needed. There is a wonderful swimming pool and hot tub with easy access off a main hallway. There is a restaurant on the first floor in the hotel and the food is always good. This was our second Christmas Eve dinner there! Afterwards, we sat by the huge fireplace and enjoyed cocktails and conversation. We found the other guests very friendly and it felt like a home away from home. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable. There was a kitchenette that was convenient to have. The hotel is right at the mountain in the heart of all the activity. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and is very convenient if one wants to go into town to shop or go to a movie. After a night of camping with thousands of cyclists in a school field, this place was a welcome respite from the mass of humanity. The setting is world class. I do not know why the staff really resisted an early check in when they were freely giving rooms to other early arrivers. I asked if it was that I booked on Orbitz and they said no. They did accommodate my early check in eventually, but it really took some begging!

The hot tub was great, it was huge with a fantastic fountain, lots of fun in the cold night. The bed creaked with every movement, I guess it was comfortable enough but the noise!! Very nice view, great restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, I enjoyed it very much and aside from a very creaky bed I would stay there again.

We stayed two weeks in a King Suite at Grand Lodge Crested Butte. The bedroom could be closed off from the living area which was nice for such a long stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Lodge is very convenient to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Very close to town/ convenient location. Liked being away from the traffic, etc. No air-conditioner. Opening window brought in too much outside noise. Nice location. Easy access and convenience to the downtown area. Great location for winter sports. Nice and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and the kitchenette is handy when you just want to relax in the room. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, and liked that it was separate from the sitting area.

This hotel was comfortable (huge fireplace when you walk in!), clean and a great value (at least during off-season). The pool, hot tub, spa & restaurant were closed as it was not ski season, but had it been, this hotel is right in the middle of everything (bars, lifts, free town shuttle). The staff was great; our room wasn't ready so they upgraded us to a suite which was nice. I would definitely stay again - hopefully with my snowboard!

Beautiful views, close to slopes. Construction next door. This hotel is perfect for skiers. It is less than 100 yards from the lifts of Crested Butte. The room was very comfortable and even had a small kitchen area.

Room accommdations were excellent including kitchnette suitable for prepring meals. Room was spacious and bathroom fine. Well located for ski slopes but a short drive to Crested Butte--not walking distance.

Great location at foot of ski area, great pool and spa, great snow conditions. Rooms too cold, beds too hard. I would stay here again for the positive things I mentioned, but would ask for extra blankets.
