Great location on O'Connell Street, a little hard to find as the entrance is on a different street. Def recommend - not for food though. Had a meal there not worthed at all.

Very nice hotel, great rates and close to everything you need. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Free parking before 8am is a nice touch!

Very good hotel, centrally located and very attentive staff. Only comments are that breakfast is very expensive for what you actually get, in-room tea & coffee facilties are obviously ment to be very good, but failed, - fresh groud coffee supplied, but no cafetiere to use it with - otherwise parking is not very clear; there are two car parks on the quay, but only one is affliated with the hotel to allow you to get your free parking (only between certain times) so make sure you get the right one! Would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is lovely. The reviews of the hotel being noisy are accurate and despite asking for a quiet room we were kept awake the first night in particular. On arrival there were a few problems with our room beyond the hotel's control. That said one thing I didn't like was the fact that the external window of our room did not look as if it had been cleaned since the hotel opened. Drinks at the bar are extremely expensive and there are hidden costs such as car parking etc. but they are already mentioned in other reviews. It is a pleasant hotel, clean, and the staff were very helpful.

The overall look and decor of the hotel was very good and the rooms were very comfortable. However, there seems to be a problem with the sound proofing of the hotel. The noise levels from the street below were enough to keep you awake and although we were on the 5th floor, it didn't seem to make a difference. The quality of the breakfast was very poor. For a "boutique" hotel, I would expect it to be freshly cooked and it was not. The food looked as if it had been standing around for a long time. The porridge was watery and tasteless. Just one more point, the hotel advertises the fact that guests can use a nearby swimming pool and spa - this is not the case and this fact should be taken out of the hotel description as it is misleading.

Perfect hotel if you're staying in limerick. Couldn't be more central. It's reasonably priced and has a great bar for starting off the night. Only thing was I was told if I validated my parking ticket at reception I wouldn't be charged for parking until after 10am. I checked out at about 11 and had my car collected before 12 and was still charged over 10euro which I thought was fairly expensive for less than 2 hrs. Other than that no complaints.

great location, a little tricky to find and parking bit of problem, only get overnight free in nearby multistory and cost soon mount up. overall nice style inside, and staff pretty friendly. We had room rate only but elected to have breakfast and pay. Staff too keen to tell us the cost would be added on the bill and we signed for it but not until big fuss had been made and they had a swipe of our credit card so there would have been no problem. the cost was 10 euros person but I noticed they were promoting business breakfasts in the week with free newspaper for 6 euros so I queried the charge and the manager did reduce the cost for us. That apart I would stay here again, rooms comfortable and location great but hopefully will return without a car. Good value for money on late rooms.

The only fault we had was that the side of the hotel we stayed in was on a busy main road, and you could hear the trafic at night, but this did not spoil our weekend. The hotel was hard to find in the one way system, and you need to leave your car at the harveys car park, hotel pays for the night time car parking, you just need to get the hotel to stamp your parking ticket.Lots of nice places to eat near by.

Hotel was excellent both in value and in comfort. This is a modern hotel, interesting, relaxing and peaceful. The evening meals were very good value and the food was excellent.I would recommend that the hotel car park, which is a little distance from the hotel, is identified when booking or linked to a map / location web site to facilitate parking in the correct car park as many other car parks are located in the vacinity of the hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The prices in the bar were only slightly higher than those of the local pub. Ordered room service (only sandwiches) even that exceeded expectiations. The bus to and from Shannon Airport stops within a few yards. Barstaff and Concierge a credit to the hotel. Excellent in every way - thank you.

I stayed in the hotel for one night on something of a flying visist to Limerick. Overall, I would recommend staying here. You cannot fault the hotel's location, being right in the centre of town. While I had minimal contact with the staff, I found them to be polite, efficient and very helpful. The decor of the rooms (muted, warm creams and browns) and bar/lobby were fine as well. The bar was sound - only had drinks, so cannot comment on the food. It seemed to be quite popular with locals and ressies. While my room wasn't particularly big, it was comfortable and the bed was great. Also, despite being right on O'Connell street, my room was quiet, so for a city-centre hotel, that was definitely a plus point. The bathroom was good enough although the shower wasn't the most powerful. One slight quibble - the over-used use of the word "boutique" when describing the hotel - it was everywhere, including on the paper baskets, tissue boxes, and the staff even mentioned it when answering the phone. But that is me being picky, rather than any sort of fault. I paid €109 for the room on Laterooms - I was very, very happy with the price paid, the hotel I stayed in and the service I received. It was ideal and I would unhesitatingly stay here again.
