What are your breakfast options?: We serve a full cooked breakfast in the morning,there is also the option of kippers, porridge and also freshly cooked omelette's, we also cater for vegetarian need, and provide a full cooked vegetarian option. There is also the buffet tables for guests as well and is self served, this includes cereals, fresh fruit, fresh fruit juices, yogurts, croissants and danish pastries. The breakfast is served between 7:30 am to 9:30 am daily.
What transport is available to get around?: We have a local bus service that goes to Carlisle and Dumfries, generally every hour. There is also a train service at Gretna Green which runs frequently as well, and we also have two local taxi services that we generally use.
What can I do nearby?: The hotel is situated in it's own grounds, at one end of the village, at the far end of the road the hotel is on, there is The Gretna Gateway Outlet Village, which has 50+ stores, of which the majority are well known brand name stores. We are a short walk to the Solway Coast itself. 9 miles from the first major city of Carlisle. The surrounding area is a hot spot for mountain bikers, walkers, or any one who enjoys scenery. The Dumfries and Galloway area has a vast number of different areas and activities that can be undertaken in the region.
Do you provide parking?: There is private front parking and parking to both sides of the hotel, enough spaces for approximately 30 cars.
