The staff was super duper nice and courteous. Was very clean and I liked the location. A few stops on the metro from the hussle of Paris. More of the local experience. I would absolutely go back and stay there again.

Very small rooms, but very clean and very trendy-modern. Location not great.

The hotel was beautifully done up but on the edges of a nice area as opposed to being in a nice area. The rooms were riducously small there was nowhere to put my suitcase and be able to walk around the bed. The bathroom was two cupboards with no door. Never stay there

Stayed in a standard room. Size is quite typical for a Paris hotel, which is small by USA standards. Cleanliness was quite impressive, as was the fact that the hotel was non-smoking- quite a rarity in Paris. Workers were quite helpful, save for an incident involving ordering a taxi during a train/bus strike. I requested the cab several days in advance, and I think that the call was never placed on my behalf as promised. Other than that though, the staff was quite friendly and helpful, decor was superb. I'd stay here again.

This was our first stay at The Five. Overall, the hotel left little to be desired. I cannot say anything about the breakfast as we had ours 5 min walking away, at "La salle au manger" in Rue Mouffetard. The hotel is everything it looks like! If you don't mind walking through the Latin Quarter to get to the sights, or taking the odd taxi, The Five hotel is an excellent choice!
