Very nice, modern and clean room. However, the stay was let down by incredibly poor service regarding food ordering. The restaurant was unexpectedly closed, so bar food was the only alternative available. My order was taken but room number 'forgotten', the kitchen was closed by the time the error was realised.

We stayed on a Saturday night and the noise from the street was quite loud.

Good value because i had a last minute deal. Not too far from the centre and free parking. High quality of room, although not the biggest in the world....

The hotel was easy to walk to from both the train and bus station- I cannot speak to parking arrangements though. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and up to date. The hotel is only about a year and a half old and it looks like they've done a good job maintaining it so far. We only ate in the bar once- it was good, but fairly standard pub food. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back if we were in the area again.

Good food. A comfortable place to stay. Although, my colleague was woken at 5am by a guest entering his room then to his horror the manager stopped by 10 minutes later apologising for the mixup!

Lovely hotel, quite alot of noise early morning from the streets outside but overall, a very pleasent stay. Rooms and restaurant and meals were great.

Very limited parking and the room was tiny for a double. The room was clean enough but would not say that this room was a four star hotel.

Excellent hotel with modern decor. Very central. However, instructions to hotel were confusing. We turned left over the bridge and drove through town. We had booked to stay at the start and end of our holiday in Ireland, and were very pleased when we arrived and saw the quality of the rooms.

Very stylish hotel. Staff rushed off their feet at breakfast and had to wait 1hr for food in the bar. Very understaffed. Lovely room but noisy due to traffic.

Hotel was great value for money. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and very clean. We only got to sample the bar food which was very good. I have no complaints and would definately stay again!!

AS we were able to avail of a special promotion price of â¬89 this hotel was excellent value for money. However, had I paid the usual price of â¬195 I would have been left a little disappointed by the standard offered by this, a 4 star hotel. the rooms were smaller than other 4 star hotels I've stayed in in Ireland. I was also disappointed that there was no parking available at the hotel, again - something that I would expect of 4 star facilities.
