The Fern Gardenia Resort, a unique Eco - sensitive Hotel at Palolem beach in South Goa managed by Concept Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., headed by Mr. Param Kannampilly and owned by the Ramcons Group. Built with Eco-friendly pre-fabricated Wooden Cottages, it is a unique concept to arrive in Palolem and boasts of Eco-sensitive responsible tourism for Palolem beach. Apart from being the only hotel in Palolem with a Swimming Pool, the hotel aims at providing Luxury accomodations to the budget sensitive travellers, which is a first for Palolem beach. As of now, accomodations in palolem were restricted only to the shanty coco huts or guest houses along the beach belt or to the only expensive Star hotel in Canacona which is way beyond the reach of many. The Fern Gardenia is the only hotel in its category which sports all the comforts and amenities of a Luxury hotel but fits in the budget of the average traveller visiting Palolem and Agonda.
