We are a 5 miniute walk from the Bus and Train Station.When you exit the TrainBus Eireann Terminus turn left, cross the road and walk accross Eyre Square, cross the road by the Taxi rank, From there you will see a shop called Dunnes Stores and Supermacs Restaurant. Walk passed both of these ( they should be on your left hand side), take the next left and the Townhouse is on your left, the entrance is beside Revive Cafe.
