Exmoor Manor is a cosy country house BB with our adjoining pub, The Beggars Roost Inn, making it the ideal getaway, and all set in our own peaceful grounds on the hills above Lynton and Lynmouth, surrounded by stunning scenery on the edge of Exmoor National Park. We have 7 en suite rooms to let for eleven months of the year (closed January), of which 2 are family rooms and 5 are double or twin bedded rooms. Each room has a complementary coffee tray, direct dial telephone, alarm clock, hair dryer and freeview television. All prices are inclusive of a full English breakfast. Extras such as flowers, Champagne and chocolates are available in rooms if pre-ordered. All rooms are non-smoking. Dogs are also welcome to stay in the rooms, as long as they have their own bedding. Our adjoining pub, The Beggars Roost Inn, is open eleven months of the year (closed January), and offers fantastic freshly prepared lunch and evening meals as well as real ales and cider, pool table and darts (winter only), log fire and a large beer garden. We have live music every Saturday at 9pm, varying from accoustic and folk to rock, funk and ska. November to the end of March please note we are only open from 6pm on weekdays and close on Mondays. Well behaved dogs and children are very welcome in the bar!We are 10 minutes walk from the coastal path where you can walk along the banks of the beautiful River Lyn at Watersmeet, up onto Exmoor or down to Lynton and Lynmouth. With nearby riding stables and Ilfracombe and Woolacombe within 45 minutes, we are the ideal location for you to be as active or relaxed as you wish.
