Getting There:
Just follow the By Pass Sunset road from airport in direction of Seminyak and Tanah Lot, and look for the Oberoi Resort then go to Sari Dewi Street - the driving time is approximately 20 minutes

Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation received within 21 days (for low season) and 30 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night charge or as advised for promotional & group rates.
- Any cancellation received within 14 days (for low season) and 21 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% charge or as advised for promotional & group rates.
- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, No Show and Early Check out are subject to 100% of total room night reserved.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner with a unique blend of Mediterrasian cuisine as well as the Room Service are served at the Rush Bamboo Poolside Restaurant and Bar

The private Seminyak location is superb.The Elysian is right in the heartland of the islands hip, home-ware and fashion stores, gourmet cafes, restaurants and bars that personify the islands luxury lifestyle. Just 5 minutes away from Bali's famous beach and about 25 minutes drive from the airport.

A haven where you can enjoy the privacy of your own villa with your own fully equipped and serviced villa with 8 x 3 meter pool set amongst a leafy Balinese garden. And still be spoilt with everything you'd expect from a first class hotel, a restaurant and bar, spa and a main swimming pool flanked by intimate cabanas set amongst a relaxed 'village-style' environment.

• Children 0 – 6 years old, free extra bed and free breakfast; • Children between 6-12 years old, free extra bed; breakfast is charged USD.12.5++ (subject to 21% tax and service)
• Children above 12 years old considered as an extra person and subject to additional charge at USD. 50++ (subject to 21% tax and service)per person include daily breakfast.
• Children are welcome if well supervised however for the ultimate peace and serenity of our guests, reservations for children under 12 years are not recommended as the hotel is not ideal for kids.
• Baby cot and babysitting are available on request.

| "Good Morning Annie, Last night was a fairytale. Truly a dream. The way the villa was done up was far more beautiful than I had imagined and for that I have to thank you. Laveena was overcome with joy and was so surprised the moment we walked into the villa. We loved the lanterns around the pool, the flowered pathway and of course the floating bamboo rafts with the lanterns and the heart sharped flower decorations in the pool. The barbecue dinner was an absolute treat as was the excellent service through the evening. Nothing short of magical and of course completely romantic. I would recommend it to everyone I know, to experience at least one time in their life. Thank you once again. You really did make our anniversary very very special. God Bless, Sajjid Mitha |

| Though the rooms are pretty nice, with private pools, the management is terribly rude and offends sensibilities of westerners. I stayed at the hotel with someone who had stayed there many times before, and though we gave EIGHT days notice of our intention to cancel our room (after staying there for 5 nights at the beginning of our trip), they still made us paid for the room. Totally rude and not the way to garner repeat customers. Not only that, they called our room in a new hotel at about 8 in the morning to "remind" us to send in our payment when just that afternoon we had agreed to pay for the fee, despite our voicing our offense at doing so. As well, they lost a skirt of mine in the laundry and made zero effort to find it or reimburse me.When travelling at top hotels in bali, there are many choices now, so the little things count. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel and will never stay here again. Look elsewhere, there are many other comparable or better places to stay. It is also not close to the beach, far from kuta (to which the hotel will charge you handsomely to drive you), and situated down a long and dangerous alley type street.The rooms are nice, but after dealing with the above, as well as staying at some other hotels in bali that made the elysian look like a motel 6, I will not be returning and recommend to you that you don't stay there either. |
