I used this hotel on my first trip to Indonesia. I was wonderfully surprised by the quality of hotel and service. It is modern and authentic Indonesian (great comto)

I loved loved this hotel. It was a very luxurious place. The service was terrific and very accommodating. I had the best time. I only wished I could have stayed there longer. The scenery was breathtaking; the rooms were extra comfortable and spacious; the food was delicious in both hotel restaurants. I always felt safe especially since they checked all the cars at the entrance of the hotel. Overall it was an incredible experience. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This hotel has great space design and service. The pool is fabulous and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. However, they could really improve their food. I had dinner twice in the hotel, in their luxury and regular restaurant. The luxury restaurant was barely good, with not much originality in the food. The regular restaurant was very nice, but I got sick after trying their traditional fare.
