This was a lovely hotel, where we stayed for a conference at the congress/winter gardens theatre. It is right opposite this hotel, which is perfect! It takes about 10-15 mins to walk into town from the hotel and their are a selection of places to eat on route as well as in town. We didn't eat an evening meal at hotel as it didn't fit in with our programme at the conference...however breakfast was lovely.Our room was spacious and clean.... it was freezing when we arrived though and would have been nice for the radiator to have been on if only a little to make it more welcoming! But we soon turned it on and the room became cosy!Staff were all very friendly especially on check in and check out. Breakfast staff were good too. Overall i would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Eastbourne for the Theatre/conference or anyone simply going for some time away!:)

Easy access to public transportation. Spacious clean room. Breakfast delivered to your room at no extra cost. Quiet. One petite negative point = evening meal was so delicious that I wanted to enjoy it, not be rushed. A must hotel for nostalgia, but they do have free Internet access.

This was a breath of fresh air for me! I travel around the UK extensively and I can honestly say that I have not had the level of service provided by the Devonshire Park elsewhere. The staff were excellent, the room was good, and the breakfast was superb. Well done!

The hotel was immaculate and its staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room. Very quiet. The full English breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very easy to find and has the advantage of having its own car park. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again.
