the rooms where very very small and the bathrooms where even smaller. the room was clean and it looks decent the only bad thing was the size of the room. but its a great spot for the clubs and places to eat

Clean, good location. Unfriendly desk staff, noises echo throughout hotel. The appearance and cleanliness was very nice but the unfriendly desk staff really ruined the stay. The noise was loud from other rooms and even people walking on the tile floors in the hallway.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful; however this is the smallest room I have ever stayed in; it was pretty uncomfortablen and made our room on the cruise ship look huge. For the price, I think I would stay a little out of South Beach.

The staff and location were perfect. Close to beach/Lincoln restaurant area. Only problem was noise from the hallway - the combination of no hallway carpeting, gaps in the door, and being near party areas meant that I was awake from 4 - 4:30 am every morning with revelers returning, slamming doors, talking loudly in the hallway. (I was in room 10 on the first floor). I did not complain to the hotel; maybe they could have urged the guests to be quieter, but that would not likely be successful.

Room was small but cozy. No complaints about the size it was just me. It was definitely clean. I felt very comfy in the bed which had very clean all white linen. The bathroom was up to date and products were nice. I had a small fridge and coffee maker. I could have used a small microwave though. The location was great and convenient to everything! Parking avail on the street with meters and free between 9pm & 9am. Be careful of the lots without meters or your car could get towed.The staff was great. [...] who works in the evenings at the front desk was always very nice and helpful to me.

Recent renovation,and room was in good order. Good value for a South beach hotel. Clean, and updated rooms. Friendly staff.

This hotel is small, however very comfortable. Location is perfect if you are looking to have a lot of fun in South Beach. Air conditioning was controlled by hotel, however it wasn't as bad as in many other hotels. Stuff was wonderful and helpful!!!! Breakfast wasn't anything special and i didn't really care for it. Averall I loved this hotel and I am planning on going back there again!

My wife and I have stayed at 4 other 'small art deco' hotels in SOBE in this price range before. We always felt like trying another hotel, until now. The room, the halls, and the lobby look newly renovated, the air was always fresh, and everything was spotless. The place is as described on the Travel online website. However, what really separates this hotel from the pack is the staff. When we checked in we met M. She was very friendly, cheerful, and efficient, not what I had gotten used to down there. For the first time, I saw what a positive influence that can make on a trip. The last night of our stay, we had a personal 'situation.' It could have been a trip killer, but thanks to the help and quick efficiency of the young man on the evening shift, a possibly dire situation was averted. I'm sorry that I didn't ask him his name. But wait! There's more. The next day, when we landed back in NYC and turned on our cell phones, my wife had a message from M saying that Mer had found my wife's jewelry and our camera in our room. I'm awed. Location, cleanliness, and the nicest people you're going to meet in South Beach. Don't think about it. Book it.

I would stay again at this Hotel. We had an upstairs room, which I would recommend, small room, but clean, up to date, comfortable, and quite. Hotel has a great porch for people watching. Beach only 2 blocks away. Continental breakfast was ok, muffins, bagels, tea, coffee, juice, it was just enough to start the day. They have beach towels, which is a plus! Staff was great!

The hotel is located close to Conference place. The cover of the sofa in room was torn a little. The front desk was kind and breakfast serving was good.

Now don't get me wrong it was clean. The bed was comfortable. If you want to be trapped in a shoe box that go right ahead. If you are not going to be in your room than it might work for you. The hotel has no parking. You either have to park on the street or park in a parking deck. The staff was not very helpful. They looked at you like what do you want. You are on your own buddy!!! For example we asked the front desk person where was a good place to eat and she told us about this place called Monty's. We took a cab over there and it was the worse food ever, and it was not cheap. Then when we came back and told her what happened and she was like oh, well welcome to miami. i wished we never asked her, WHATEVER LADY!!!!!!!!!

The "boutique" trend continues unabated, but unfortunately maintenance and upkeep are terms that are often forgotten, especially in South Beach. The Delores has been renovated fairly recently and is therefore still fresh. Some rooms are tiny, even for South Beach, but still adequate to spend the night. The beds are comfortable and the linen is new. The bathrooms are tiny as well, as is to be expected and unfortunately their renovation was done with cheap materials and so-so workmanship. Several fixtures were already coming off the wall and it was apparent that somebody half-heartedly tried to fix it several times, but always stopped short of a decent solution. Therefore I expect this property to not age very well, as so many of the other budget boutiques in SoBe. But for now and probably a couple of years it's a great budget option.

Convenient location. Very limited space. Convenient location - just a block away from the beach. There is also a public parking lot just a block away for overnight parking.I have 2 small kids with me and we stayed 2 nights and it is generally quiet. breakfast was just coffee/juice and muffins. space on our original room was so limited, we had to upgrade to a suite which also didn't have a microwave. No ice available and theTV remote is not working properly, you need to walk a little bit for food because theres no restaurant in the house. Overall, good place to rest and sleep.

Of all the boutique Hotels in SoBe this is the best!!!! The room was imacculate. The bedding was like sleeping on a cloud, pure quality. Housekeeping came everyday. The hotel is within walking distance of everythng. The receptionist, very friendly and helpful. This is definitely the place to stay. Will come again and again.

Very attractive room decor, great cotton bedding and perfect location! Slow check-in, rooms could be larger and no restaurant. Loved the decor, cleanliness and comfy cotton bedding. Staff was efficient and friendly. Small hotel, very clean, perfect location to beach, shopping and restaurants.

Excellent location - everything within walking distance. Desk staff were patient and willing to answer my questions about some things to see and do.
