Comfortable 3 star hotel only an hour from Glasgow Airport and 30 minutes from Loch Lomond, yet in the heart of the Highlands. Surrounded by magnificent scenery, at the junction of Glen Dochart, Glen Falloch and Strathfillan, on the banks of River Fillan (feeding the Tay) and surrounded by splendid hills. All rooms en suite; passenger lift to all floors; WiFi in public areas. There are cheery log-burning stoves, a convivial bar and a choice of restaurant or bar menus based upon the best of Scottish ingredients. We are the perfect base to explore all the Highlands has to offer, half-way between Glasgow and Fort William, also at the half-way point of the world famous West Highland Way. What transport is available to get around?: Best advised to have your own transportation to explore the area.
What can I do nearby?: The Crianlarich Hotel is ideally situated for exploring Scotland, located within Loch Lomond National Park and surrounded by spectacular scenery. We are at the half way point between Glasgow and Fort William but also approximatley 60 to 90 minutes (by coach) from Stirling, Edinburgh and Oban. Glencoe Mountain Resort is less than 30 minutes from the hotel.
