Welcome to our family run Guest House. In this friendly village our budget priced rooms are ideal for a one-off stay or for a more longer term residency. The majority of our guests are contractors working for local businesses such as Ratcliffe Power Station and Sutton Bonington University, or travellers with flights to and from East Midlands Airport which is located just 2 miles away. Our prices are on a room only basis due to our regular demand. We provide basic cooking equipment on each floor for your own use. The village has a variety of takeaways, pubs and restaurants. Breakfast is served from 5.30am at the bakery a short walk around the corner. Each of our rooms offer an en-suite shower, flatscreen television, heating, towels, tea and coffee making facilities and use of a spacious car park at the rear. The location puts us just minutes away from East Midlands Airport, East Midlands Parkway railway station, the M1 and the A42. Local towns and cities include Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Loughborough, Ashby de la Zouch and Long Eaton. Please enquire about our special 7 night rates, which includes a weekly cleaning service. The Coachhouse can also offer long or short term car parking for airport customers. Please call us for any further details and prices.
