An oasis of modernity within a retro destinationA fabulous hotel with a modern, sleek feel and outstanding customer service. The rooms are second to none and the facilities are fantastic. The hotel is located centrally within St Hellier which is not the prettiest part of the island but a good base for exploring. We didn't try the spa facilities but the looked great and were reasonably priced.

great value at the price I paidI had a sunday night for £99, great hotel with very attentive staff well furnished rooms and a good location. I would certainly stay again and for those people who complain that the sink is to low or the water from the shower splashes on the floor, get a life and crawl back into pedants corner. Some people just have to find fault with everything.

Relaxing Weekend Break We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay an a B&B plus Dinner basis. Dinner in the bistro/cafe was very good. Dinner in the Bohemia Restaurant was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a really nice hotel with a good ambience. It's alson well located for St Helier town centre and shopping.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Service is second to none, from the moment we arrived, greeted with a glass of champagne which could be delivered to our room if we prefered, a tour of the hotel and spa facilities and a receptionist who throughout our stay went out of her way to do all she could to ensure we had a fabulous weekend.I would definately recommend this hotel, the only down side is it has probably spoilt us and we will be disappointed in every other hotel after this!

Just returned from a 2 night stay in this fabulous hotel. Cannot fault anything. Room was upgraded on arrival and was spotless, spacious and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, Complimentary champagne on arrival was a lovely touch, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Spa was clean and we had the facilities to ourselves as it was so quiet. We didn't eat in the restaurant but the breakfasts were to die for. Lovely stay can't wait to return!

Food hear is very expensive, £25.00 for a ribeye steak without any potatos, vegtables or side salad, these had to be purchased extra

From the time we arrived to the moment we left we felt valued customers. Staff in every area were extremely polite and helpful and always had smiles on their faces.The spa treatments were excellent and my wife highly recomends the "Shankira Bliss" to anyone not sure what to go for.It was a 10th wedding anniversary treat for ourselves as we got engaged in Jerse11 years ago. When we go back in another 10 years (or sooner) we will most definitely be staying at the Club Hotel and Spa.Thanks again for a great weekendJames and Lisa

We are 4 university friends who meet on a yearly basis at a different location and hotel.We really enjoyed our stay here.Excellent hotel lovely staff,our meal in the Bohemia restaurant was 1st class our meal in the other restaurant so so found other restaurants locally were better.

The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and professional. The personal touch of Tim, the hotel manager welcoming us on our first day was fab. The tour around the hotel was great also. Champagne on arrival in the honesty bar was very welcoming as was the personally written welcome note and chocolates in the room. Ever evening, when they turn down the beds, they leave some freshly cooked shortbread that is to die for. I think it must have been made on the premises as it was still warm and so very tasty. Such a welcome break after driving around the island. Breakfast was amazing and the staff remembered how we took our tea and coffee each morning. They were very efficient and friendly, they really made the effort to attend to our every needs. The Bohemia restaurant was top notch and would thoroughly recommend it, especially the selection of desserts. They didn't even bother about me taking photos of the food as a reminder. The wine experts selection complimented our meals perfectly and I will be looking out for that very wine to buy again. The bar was very lively and popular on Fridays but did keep us up until the early hours of the morning as a result (3am). I never saw anybody eat in the club cafe which was odd, and a little off putting, so we went out for dinner each evening. Hotel was ideally situated, just around the corner from the main shopping area, however it does not provide much of a view. The car park always had spaces, but watch out for the ramp to the top area. We had a Ford Ka and this is just wide enough to squeeze through the concrete edges.

The cost of the food in relation to quality in the cafe bar (this comment does not apply to Bohemia restaurant) was not well matched. The food was nice, but over priced.Spa was beautifully presented but some times the facilities were not all working and customers had to point this out for it to be rectified.Friendly, smiley and helpful staff through out. Rooms - very clean and excellent turn down service. Very comfortable and easy to spend lots of time in - well laid out.Sadly, tiny details stop it from being a perfect hotel spa retreat

Stayed here for a short break over the easter period 07. Found the hotel lived up to its reputation- as seen from the reviews on web site. The staff were friendly and helpful, were able to recommend restaurants and dealt efficiently with any requests. The ambience of the hotel is smart, stylish but friendly. Great linen on a very comfy bed!! If there was anything to criticise it would be that I expected the room to be a lttle bigger. The location is not picturesque but it is very convenient and the car park for our hire car was a blessing not provided by other hotels. Would stay here again!
