| What a terrible hotel for the money. No parking within a half mile of the hotel (They tell you there is). Tiny rooms provided. Unclean rooms & washrroms. No soap provided to even take a shower. The A/C is so loud that you can't sleep. The hotel staff is friendly but not helpful. The location is very good being in the middle of South Beach. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. But don't ask the staff for a recommendation. This hotel is so bad, that none of the phone books have pages for hotels. I think the staff removes them so that no one will leave for another hotel. |

| Some staff behind the counter were very friendly and helpful, but there were others who let the team down, and their service was below average - at times it was as if they were doing you a favour by providing expected service. It almost seemed like some staff thought they were only running a hostel, and not also a 3* hotel. On the whole though, a great hotel with spectacular location. |

| The price you pay granted it is below $100 is the price you get. This was an okay hotel just to sleep. If you had to pay $120 to stay in Miami Beach look elsewhere. Great location again if you're paying under $100. This hotel is just a couple of blocks from shopping and the beach. |

| Room was small and dirty. Wall in the hallways crumbling. The carpet in the room was dirty. The shower was clogged with a hair ball, the toilet was blocked and overfilled. The sink had not been washed. No safe in rooms. Noisy. Cigaret butts indoors. We could not sleep one night in this room, checked out, full refund and changed hotels. |

| Service upon arrival was bad. We were given a small room which had a terrible smell. The bathroom door couldn't open since it touched the sink. The tiles in bathroom were broken and not even.
THE WORST THING was water dripping on us from the ceiling in the middle of the night. We were moved to another room which was SO NOISY that we couldn't sleep all night. We had not expected such bad conditions. Really shameful! |

| Location on Washington and Espanola is a big plus. The initial room we had was terrible when we checked in, very congested with no facilities. However, after discussing with reception, they upgraded us to a twin double bedroom with little fuss and were very accommodating. This is a good place to stay if you are spending minimal time in your room like we did. The walls are a bit gross and the bathroom isn't very clean but it's ok. |
