| The hotel is perfectly located for shopping in Belgravia and a skip and a jump away from Harrods and Harvey Nichols and many other shops. The food in the restaurant is outstanding and the staff there are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and attentative. The hotel staff are also the same and being a single female, I had a lovely time. |

| For a luxury hotel we feel that complimentary water, tea/coffee in the room and a newspaper would be nice.Hotel recommendation for a restaurant was terrible. |
