Room could have been larger. Bathroom too small.

Very quiet street with next to no traffic. My room, and the public areas were spotlessly clean and very quiet. A short walk to Bayswater or Paddington stations, and a couple of blocks to Kensington Gardens. Excellent value for money. As with most london hotels, the room was small. But with ample desk space and a comfortable bed.

On basis that was a weekend break the cost of the stay was maybe a little expensive, maybe that was down to it being Wimbledon fortnight. Would stay again though providing cheaper and offers were available.

Nice buffet (spnaish!), very friendly personnel!

Very good hotel overall. But single rooms are very small and even if it is London, for this price you would expect a bit more. The service is 4 stars (meaning expensive restaurant, lots of extra) but the rooms feel cheap. It is very clean though. I would go back

Traditional on the outside, modern on the insideOur two rooms were modern and clean, on the ground floor at the back of hotel. No view at all, but we preferred the quietness.Continental breakfast was expensive at £12, but good quality with attentive staff in a clean bright dining room. We chose to go out for a cheaper breakfast after the first day. There were free newspapers and free (but slow) internet in the reception area. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from either Paddington or Lancaster Gate tube stations. When you are looking for the hotel, look out for the bamboo poles sticking out onto the pavement. For an evening meal, try the Mitre pub, which is only a few minutes walk away.

Little GemThe Caesar Hotel is an ideal location which is close to three tube stations and the park. The staffs are usually very helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but clean, modern and trendy. The recent overhaul has made the reception area even more inviting. A great hotel and a great secret.

Staff delightful. Reception/Public areas v.good. Everywhere v. clean. Breakfast good. Rooms small - double bed against wall - only one person can get out easily! TV only worked for about 2mins. Soft furnishings dowdy brown. Chipped bath. Disappointing once leave public areas.

Very disappointing hotel. Very small storage space, tiny bathroom, step down into bathroom not warning about step. I almost fell into the bath and having just had leg surgery was very lucky not to injure myself more than a very ugly bruise on my hip. Too many tv channels in a foreign language, and no Sky tv despite it saying on the menu there was!! no mini bar, the bare minimum of two glasses and coffee making facilities. No tissues in the bathroom and no trouser press although mentioned in the hotel information listed on their site. I asked for a taxi to be booked for Sunday morning, on checking the previous day was told it hadn't been done, so made alternative arrangements. Not the best location either, a good 10 min walk to Bayswater - no fun if raining. I would never stay there again, the hotel emphasis appears to be catering for Spanish tourists and not the British.I also think at the rate I was paying I didn't consider it a budget hotel where one expects budget facilities.

#I stay in a lot of hotels for one night as a business traveller, and this is the best I've come across in London so far. It's equi-distance between Paddington & Bayswater tubes. Loads of amenities close by, but it's on a v. quiet side street so no noise. Will definitely be staying here on future trips!

A female alone on businessI am always a little nervous staying in a hotel on business and having to dine alone, but I felt perfectly ok at this hotel and was made to feel very welcome

Friendly staff and lovely room and the breakfast was fantastic - well worth the money we paid which was very reasonable

We stayed in Room 324 and everything was perfect except that the TV turned itself off about 15 minutes after we first turned it on. We couldn't get it to turn on again so called reception and an employee came up and fixed the probelm by switching off and on at the plug. This solved the problem. However, the TV turned itself off again after about another 15 minutes so we performed the on/off action. In fact, the problem persisted throughout our stay and every 15 minutes or so we had to perform this operation. A minor but somewhat irritating issue.

This was a first class hotel, plenty of staff around to help with queries, very friendly and the self service buffet breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be staying there again.

hotel is ideal location to walk through london gardens. good train services. rooms were exceedingly small to the point of shuffling sideways around the bed.

We were attracted to the hotel by the photographs and other peoples comments. We were not dissapointed. The hotel was in a great location, the room was fresh and new, and the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was included in the tariff, and it was all you could wish for. We would recommend this hotel and stay there again when in London.
