I stayed at the Burlington in a standard bedroom with my boyfriend for three nights. We managed to get them at a discounted price due to the website we used. Therefore, it really was value for money. The outside doesn't make it seem the most appealing hotel, however, once you step inside, you can tell why it has a high reputation in Dublin. Our room was really lovely, beautifully decorated with a very comfortable double bed. The view wasn't very spectacular but that didn't affect our holiday. Our room got cleaned everyday, also topping up coffee sachets, soaps etc. The location was great too. It was in a nice quite area but also round the corner to the pretty St Stevens Green, and a short walking distance (around 15mins) to Grafton Street. Also, the taxi from Temple Bar to the Burlington Hotel only cost 7 EURO. We definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed in the Burlington about 10 years ago and had a lovely experience. Although the hotel has been refurbished and the location great, the service was very disappointing. On the saturday night the second bar wasn't opened and there was insufficient staff on duty to deal with a large function and hotel guests.

I found the desk service very poor. There were plenty of people behind the front desk but none were interested in serving the people lined up. There is no air conditioning in the rooms so if you had to open the window, outside noise was a problem.

Expected better.Room and decor especially bathroom was in need of some renovation. Bed covers and walls were stained and in need of laundering and painting/cleaning resp. Reception staff were efficient and friendly, some of the bar staff were perhaps a little less so. Soundproofing between rooms inadequate. Beds are on wheels and perhaps just a little too "mobile"!?! All in all though quite a comfortable stay, if a little over-rated.

Our family vacation to Ireland ended well with the stay at Burlington. The location wasn't exactly at the main drag of town, but a short bus ride took us to most places. Free parking was available if we asked them to validate our ticket. The best part was simply the plush beds that we fell into each night. Great facilities with wifi were a plus as well. Definitely recommended.

Hotel is a short walk from St. Stephen's Green which takes you right into the city centre. Room was okay - would have been disappointed had I paid full price, but the special through [your website] was worth it. Room had a shower only. Food in the hotel was overpriced. Would probably stay there again ,as overall got what we paid for.

Wireless internet is only available in the lobby and on select floors, but wired internet is supposed to be available in all rooms. Standard rooms do NOT have air conditioning. Since our internet was not working in our first room, we were upgraded to an executive room that had both wireless internet and air conditioning. Coffee and danishes were also provided for breakfast on the executive floor. It was a very comfortable room.

Beautiful hotel lobby! Rooms are a bit old fashioned but could be much much worse. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no hot water any time we wanted to use the shower but the bath water was warm...was just a little inconvenient. overall accommodated our needs well adn would reccommend for anyone passing through and looking for a good deal

It's a pretty nice hotel if you want a comfortable place to stay without spending too much time at the hotel. Fitness center requires additional fee that we did not have included in our booking and there is no pool (of course, we knew that going in). The lobby and bar are very nice. If you like hitting the clubs, there's a new club right at the hotel. If you can avoid rooms on the east end of the hotel, that would be best - the music travels up to the vents to at least the fifth floor. Staff was more helpful than not. Nice place and somewhere I would definitely go back to, but at the right price.

very noisy stay overall - bar very modern but loud music none stop so bring ear defenders. Unless you are happy to be kept up all hours - tell them you want a quiet room not overlooking the bar or conference area. Service very good, organised car hire immediately and room/hotel perfect for partying and getting into Dublin.

Great location! Very easy to get to since the airport shuttle stops at the hotel. Also easy access to city centre from the hotel - about a 10 min walk or the city bus stops right down the road.
