Right in the town centre, sea, shops, pier and great orme on your doorstep. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was of a good standard. All the attractions are close at hand allowing you to get back to your hotel as often as you wish, very useful bearing in mind the lack of free toilets in Llandudno. Only one gripe we had was the saniflow toilet waste unit which was quite noisy, turning on any tap caused the unit to kick in which especially in the early hours of the morning is undesirable waking my partner up. Apart from that no complaints.

good and inexpensiveWe stayed at The Broadway for two nights and found the hosts very friendly and helpful, the breakfast very good, the room clean and spacious with an en suite bathroom, no shower. It was just the sort of inexpensive and simple accommodation we like. If you are seeking luxurious probably not for you.

weekend visit to victorian extraveganzaSmall and very comfortable hotel. Wonderful hosts - nothing too much trouble. We had a lovely first floor room, decorated in "victorian style" and very well equipped. Comfortable bed and easy chairs in the bay window. Plenty of local information in folders in the bedroom. Were given a front door key (a deposit was left, but that was no problem) in case we stayed out late. Good choice for breakfast. Very friendly bar downstairs. Local to all amenities.

The hotel was well situated for shopping, sea front and railway station. It is quite an old building, with very creaky uneven floors. The room was well furnished and decorated to a decent standard. The only problems we had were a woodlouse on the bed ,and a toilet that wouldn't flush on the last day we were there! We stayed over the Easter weekend, and had an easter egg in our room on arrival which was a nice touch.

I liked the fact that the room was simply furnished, spacious and not too hot! The bathroom too was nice and big. An old-fashioned but genuinely elegant hotel.

Room was a very poor standard for £110. Paper peeling from ceiling. The kettle on the floor . The window panes shook all night. The website not represntitive of what you get when you arrive. One of the worst hotel rooms I've stayed in - with ridiculous pricing strategy. It is disappointing that this is the impression people would have of Wales. On the plus side - the breakfast was nice.

In our opinion on arrival at the Hotel we were promptly asked for payment up front even though they had our card details which I found a bit off putting. The Hotel stated that it had been recently extensively refurbished, but we found that once you had got through the front door that didn't seem to include the interior as there were cracks in the plaster on the stairs and landing and the paint work was looking rather sad.As far as the quality of the room we found it to be less than satisfactory, there was a layer of dust on the furniture which must have been there for quite some time ( I don't just mean days), we had to balance the kettle on the bible and some magazines to plug it in as the socket was to high and in the bathroom the shower attachment which was a \"plug on the tap\" thing would not stay on so we could not have a shower which we prefer also the glass tumblers needed washing before we could us them and a chrome dispenser over the sink was dirty. On a positive note the dining room was clean with fresh flowers on the tables and the breakfast was ok.
