Description:
These beautifully appointed guest houses, originally built in the mid-1800's by Captain Higgins, are located near the center of town. It is an easy walking distance to the harbor beaches, gallery district, and nightlife spots. The Black Pearl Inn offers off street parking, beautiful guest rooms with private baths, air conditioning, and most have fireplaces.

Getting To the Hotel:
Take 93 South to Route 3 toward the Cape, follow Route 3 over the Sagamore Bridge, go over the bridge, now you are on Route 6. Follow Route 6 till you enter Provincetown. Take you second exit (first stop light) this is Conwall Street, turn left onto Conwall Street and follow it to the end, turn left on Bradford Street and take your 2nd right onto Pearl Street. The Black Pearl Inn is located on the left side of Pearl Street. It is the only red house on the street.
