Not on the Beach. Staff aloud people to walk the halls drunk and were very loud late at night. The pool on the roof was very small and the roof area was dirty. Not impressive at all or as advertised!

Location! Right on ocean drive a block from the beach. nothing. The location is great, across the street from the beach, in the middle of restaurants and small shops. Great place to be inmorning, noon or night.

With the resort fee you get access to the Hilton (beach front), about 4 blocks away, which has beach access with chairs, umbrellas and a nice pool area. Our room was on the second floor, and there was noise in the morning that made it hard to sleep in. There may have been construction nearby.

Stunning hotel nicely located at the start of Ocean Drive. Lovely pool and terrace area available 24hrs, great access to the beach 24hrs too. Will definitely stay again.

I have booked hotels online several times and have always been disappointed that they didn't look as pictured. This was not the case this time. The suite worked perfectly for my husband and I and two 17 year old boys. Everything is within walking distance and we were never at a loss for something to do even without a car. The cab ride from the airport was $32.00. The rooftop terrace is a great place to nap in the afternoon and a perfect place to watch the city at night. There is a grocery store a couple blocks away and the full size refrigerator came in very handy. The staff was extremley police and kept the hotel spotless. I can't wait to go back.

A cute, clean hotel on the south end of the main strip on Ocean drive. you are a few minutes walk from the action but sleep in a much quieter block than the few blocks north. We got a really great price for a 1 bd suite with full kitchen, partial ocean view balcony. A well stocked bar in the fridge for reasonable prices. Very quiet and very clean. There was no action on the courtyard as described negatively in some reviews. Looks like the restaurant downstairs changed hands and they are not using the courtyard patio?Free small continental breakfast daily on the main veranda...but after the first day we opted for a full breakfast on one of the many nice patio restaurants along Ocean Dr.staff was great...housekeeping, front desk and especially bell boys all attentive and efficient! Rooftop deck/pool/jacuzzi was nice, pool was cold though. one of the best features of staying at this hotel was getting full use of their sister hotel Bentley Beach ameneties a few blocks south....nicer heated pool, full beach club, fitness room, gourmet restaurant....because it is MUCH more expensive to stay there. All in all we had a great time here, with our 18 month old child. We would reccomend this hotel and stay there again no prob. May not be the ideal party hotel for young singles but I think its great for older couples and families.Insider tip: CHEAP (by South Beach standards) and great food/drinks to be had for all meals at News Cafe just a few blocks north of the hotel...great patio! Also keep an eye out for Happy hours afternoons and evenings at certain restaurants, 1/2 price menus and 2 for 1 drinks! You can do it on the reasonable here if you are aware.

Good minibar amenities. Poor maintenance, staff was not helpful or friendly. This hotel is only good for family travelers not wanting to be near any restaurants or shops in Miami.

This hotel is well-located, near but not in the middle of all of the South Beach madness. You need to take one elevator to get to the hotel lobby and a second elevator to get to your room. The hotel is more than adequate for an extended stay. The staff is friendly and competent. We did experience a frustrating issue upon arrival however. We were there for three nights. Guests at this hotel benefit from being able to use the amenities at the Bentley's sister hotel, four blocks South along Ocean Drive that is directly on the beach.

Exceptional hotel at Ocean Drive, perfect location and a really commited team. Everything looks as if brandnew. Worth to consider for everybody who wants to stay in a good spot in the Art Deco District.

We spent two nights in South Beach at the Bentley Hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. Jorge at the desk was very helpful as were the men who helped with the bags and the car. Bellini Restaurant located at the hotel served very good food and the Servers were very friendly. The park, and ocean, the local folks are great.

I went with girlfriends and we loved it. The staff is fabulous, the pool is easy to get into (warm) with an attached hottub overlooking the beach. Loved the suite - it gave us elbow room. Location is south end of Lummus Park on Ocean Drive and is walking distance to nearly everything. Definately would stay when I return to Miami. The only thing that they didn't do that was listed in online travel review was turndown service with chocolates on the pillow. We survived.

Overall the hotel was very nice (little pricey but I guess that's to be expected considering we were on Ocean Drive. in South Beach)but the vallet parking needs some improvement. Every time I called down for my car it would take at least 20 more miniutes after waiting 20 minitues before I went down to retreive it.

The proximity to the south beach area - suite layout - cleanliness of facility - helpfulness of staff. Nothing. A gem of a hotel ideally located near the Miami South Beach area and easily reachable Lincoln Road area and convention center.

Perfectly clean; heavenly bed and linens; fabulous lounging in and out of the sun on the roof; friendly courteous staff throughout. Need more hooks in bathroom; the freezer in the room had a broken floor. Spotlessly clean throughout. Great roof with pool, comfortably cushioned lounges, towels, large restrooms, sun and shade, and great views of the beach. Very comfortable king-sized bed with nice linens. Our room had no carpeting, with a high-polished marble tiled floor, so the room felt perfectly clean. Nice terry cloth robes. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was decent with helpful employees. Room was clean and quiet. Hotel was not bad compared to some boutique hotels my friends stayed at. The pool upstairs was a little dirty but if you want to sun bathe you're in luck. The patio around the pool area was nice. Not a bad experience.

Impecable service, beautiful room, great location & view. Could hear footsteps from room above. The Bently is located on Ocean Drive across from a park with an unobstructed view of the beach. the hotel is small and cozy with friendly and helpful bellman and concierge that never seem to go off duty. Although there is a charge for valet parking, I saw the guests taking full advantage, in driving up to the hotel and having the bellman loads of groceries up to their suites. Besides finding parking yourself is a challenge in South Beach. The room had marble floors and clean modern furnishings. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with a blender and a juicer, full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The beach view balcony is well worth the price. There is also a roof top pool and jacuzzi which we enjoyed. South Beach is lively at all times of day and most activities are within walking distance. Great service, intimate atmosphere.
