A short drive to St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota. Please note that minimum check-in age is 25. The front desk is open 10am-4:30pm daily. Check in at on-site office. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 11am. Please note that minimum check-in age is 25. If you will be arriving after standard business hours, please call the main office at 866-542-1974, at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The Beach on Longboat Key offers one-bedroom, one-bath units with all the amenities needed for a great Longboat Key vacation. These units come equipped with flat screen TVs, full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a private balcony overlooking the beach.

Room was hotel style, had no balcony or gulf view as advertised on the web site. Would not refund ANY pre-paid money when complaint was lodged with Resort Quest management. Up-grade offered (if we paid the difference between Orbitz payment to hotel and direct reservation price PLUS upgrade difference.) Orbitz would not/could not resolve problems. Extremely steep stairs made it impossible to bring luggage to the room. No elevator or disabled ramp.

We originally booked a studio, but when we arrived we had been upgraded to a very nice room. I don't know how much this room normally costs, but it had 2 BRs, 2 Baths a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a flat screen TV, patio and was a few feet from the pool and beach. I think this was their best room and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My family and I stayed here for the first few days or our trip. It is located directly on the beach with a small pool overlooking the beach. Our stay here was very quiet and relaxing. There are no activities other than the beach and pool, but that was fine. The kids were a little bored though. Beach is beautiful, room was completely remodeled, very clean, and good size. Full kitchen with full size s/s appliances. Women at front desk was very nice. This would be a great trip for couples or families who want to relax and enjoy the beach!!

Lush tropical setting directly on the beach..Fabulous sunsets..Friendly helpful staff..Great location in a Safe residential area of Longboat Key..Dine in recently updated kitchen with all new appliances..No need to rent a car..Used AMI for shuttle Service from airport..Extremely Reasonable..Very Accomadating..Then Travel by Trolley for just quarters around Longboat Key and for free on the island of Anna Maria. Excellent Reasonable Vacation..Terrific Find.

we spent a long weekend here, found the Resort to be very nice, it was located right on the beach (Gulf) beautiful view from private patio, and great to walk. Loved the "kitchen" had breakfast on patio and "happy hour" before going out or dinner. Location is away from tourist traffic but very accesible to resturants, shopping etc. All in all a great experience
