The location of this hotel is very good. It is close to the visitor center of Zion National Park and the view is amazing. There are several decent restaurants in walking distance, thus eating a good meal is not hard.

Nothing. Everything. The water runs hot and cold even when it's set on one position.

GREAT location, just outside the park and within walking and/or shuttle distance to everything in the area. Very plain hotel with no-frills (except a good pool), but if you're in the area, you should be in the park and NOT your hotel anyway! We chose it because of the price and the fact that they had a "3-bedroom cottage" - perfect for 3 couples traveling together. We were pretty disappointed that the "cottage" was actually 2 separate rooms joined together by common door. The rooms themselves were clean and sufficient for our needs, but everything was VERY blah. Very few pictures on the walls or color ANYWHERE - it was so odd! It did have an awesome private deck that looked out onto the fabulous scenery. This also came in handy for us after backpacking when we had to dry out all of our soaked gear after hiking The Narrows. The hotel is a bit dated and very simple. I stayed here back in 2004 in a "typical" single room, and experienced the same simpleness, so I don't think the "cottage" was special in any way. Relative to other places in Springdale, it's probably a bit cheaper than most, which rocks. If you're looking for anything special or any amenities beyond a pool, this probably isn't the place for you.

Managment was quick to respond to problems. Noisy, room was dark, curtains broken, had to keep asking for hot water. This was definitely a budget motel. Staff was very helpful, but we had noisy neighbors, continual hot water problems, and a smelly refrigerator upon arrival.

Minimal amenities, but we didn't spend much time there. No hair dryer or coffee in room. Breakfast was toast, chocolate donuts, juice, Cheerios and coffee that looked and tasted like weak tea. Good news is that there was Starbucks coffee nearby. They charge $1 for 15 minutes on a computer. We requested a handicapped accessible room, but they didn't save it for our 9:00 pm check in. They did, however, move us to a ground floor room the next morning. Pool was cold, but it might be ok if the weather was warmer. Room was clean but maid never left cups or shampoo. Location was the prime benefit.

This location was great - on shuttle route to Zion. Our room looked like it had been re-done recently (great bathroom) and was confortable. But the outside of the motel needed a LOT of work.

Breakfast consisted of just Fruit Loops and Honey Nut Cheerios, white bread, coffee, and juice

We were given a room that was tilted!!!!. Both beds were in slop with the heads down!. The stuff was friendly and changed it for us for a more "correct" one. Overall, the motel is, loos, and feels old. The location is good, close to nice places to eat and with good views of the entrance for Zion park. I will not book this motel again, is expensive for the quality of the room.

they promise a continental breakfast, but we brought our own marmelade and missed ham and cheese for example

Noisy air conditioner. Very poor breakfast - no milk, no cereals, no apples, no bakery. Friendly staff, good location.
