By Train: There are several trains daily from Bangkok's Hua Lamphong station which stop in Hua Hin on their way south. By Bus:There is a Bus service that runs from Bangkok's southern bus terminal, leaving every 45 min, from 6.30am till 11pm, seven days a week ask the driver to let you of in Pranburi, the next town after Hua Hin. Here you can take a taxi to terra Selisa - Dolphin Beach.

The resort is perfect for chilling-out or as a few-day stop-over. The bungalow rooms are very basic but clean and face the small but deep pool. There is a young spirited team on site and what they sometimes lack in professionalism they balance with their charming smiles and eagerness to please their clients.No cigarettes? No problem! They will go and get you some from the nearby minimarket. I immediately felt welcome and like among friends there. The beach-front location is simply gorgeous. In the middle of the National Park. Views to islands. Occasional passers by-on the deserted beach road provide some watching action. During my visit I counted not more than 20 people on the (maybe 6 miles long) beach. Ten minutes after my arrival I saw the first pack of dolphins (the beach is called "dolphin beach"!) close to shore. For dinner turn south at the resort. About 400 yards further, a little set back from the street, is a little shack type restaurant where you will see local fisherman drinking Mekong whisky. The local specialty is squid in all Thai variations. The owner speaks enough English to accomodate you. I extended my stay one night because I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere but eventually moved on to treat myself to a little more luxury. I also checked out some other places while I was there (Dolphin Bay Resort) and while they are a bit more luxurious they lack the private atmosphere of Terra Selisa. But it may be busier during the high season.

Looked better online than in reality and the staff were so slow at doing anything. Also the food was poor and expensive. I ordered a Chicken salad and became very sick 1 hour later. The resort itself is nice enough but theres far better vakue to be found on this superb beach. I wont be going back to this resort but I will be back to the area.

I have been at Lealawadee at the Beach just after it had new foreign management and was refurbished. I can say that the place is magic, rooms are clean and food is from excellent taste. Do the staff did not speak perfect English but the service was very good and friendly people.

Except free wireless surfing, this resort has no facility! No cable TV, shower is bad, none of the staff of hotel can communicate in English. Price is okay, but must pay attention to their hotel managing - there's always a trick in your booking of so-called "standard room" or "bungalow".

I have to say this place was disappointing on the whole. Its in a nice setting but the service is poor, the breakfast sucked and the water in the bathroom was a trickle. I also left there with a sore throat as did my wife and we think that was from the air con. Also some of these pictures on this site have nothing to do with the resort when you get there. We felt that this place was a con. Must research better next time.
