The location was brilliant, very close to the train station and the town. Very quiet with a lovely garden..would definitely return...fantastic value for money!

| Tiles in shower cracked and crawling with ants. No bin in room or remote control for tv.
Breakfast was lovely outside in the garden. Room was clean, staff helpful and smiley. |

The hotel is very well placed, near rail station (but very quiet), the center and the beach. Too expensive for the (very poor) service offered, but in-line with Antibes..a city very expensive (24-26€ per day or half day for 2 places on the beach, 7-9€ for a bottle of mineral water). For both (hotel and Antibes) the relationship between price and quality is very poor! The hotel

One of the receptionists showed poor service. Pretended as not understanding when having a complaint, and showed an offended behaviour afterwards; i.e. unprofessional behaviour. The other staff provided good service though. It is the first time I've been forced to pay the hotel room when arriving, and this is a practice I'm not interested in (usually only the credit card is registered when arriving). The way the receptionist performed this was slightly offending as well by just taking the credit card without explaining what actions she was actually performing. Except for this, the hotel was a good 2-star hotel and may be recommended.

It's the right relationship between price and quality and it is ok for spending a weekend. It's just a 2 stars hotel and you receive just what this kind of level can offer you. The employees don't speak english and the owner is not so funny. It's difficult to find a place to leave your car close to the hotel.

This hotel badly needs its rooms renovated they are quite shabby. However, let me say that if you are on a budget and want the convenience of a hotel literally a block away from the train station and a few minutes down a lovely boulevard to one of the more relaxed and laid back beaches along the Riviera, you can't go wrong. The hotel is under new and eager ownership and they have done a lovely job fixing up an outdoor garden eating area and have a homey indoor one as well. But this is not a luxury hotel. The other inconvenience was there are no safes in the room and the employee when I arrived didn't know how to access the hotel safe so I did find that inconvenient, but there were fresh towels, soaps, the bed was comfortable and Juan Les Pins is a wonderful town with amazing shopping, the beaches and if you want to access towns like Antibes and Cannes to the East and West you're ten minutes away by train...very convenient to stay here if you're on a budget.

The hotel is clean and very near the downtown and the beach (5 minutes walking). Good value for money. The train is passing not far, but it is not noisy. Difficult to find a car parking. Overall very good 2 star hotel.

the atmosphere of the hotel is firndly and you can feel yourself very free; you can go anywhere in few minutes, to sea or to the centre of the town; if someone don't speak french or english, but only italian ... then you have to go there!

The staff at Teranga were incredible. I want to commend Leo Sene for his excellent service, command of English and for going out of his way to make our stay incredible. Leo got up at 3:30am the day of our departure so that he could load our bags into the car for us then refused our tip. The other staff were very helpful and kind also. The Hotel itself is comfortable in a modest fashion. I would recommend Teranga to anyone looking for service, comfort, and convenience to the beach at a resonable price.
