I didn't first realize I had prepaid for my room when making my reservation on the net. So I re-paid for my stay when leaving the hotel. Afterwards I realized what had happened and tried to settle this matter with the hotel. I contacted them twice sending copies which made it clear I had been charged twice. The hotel did not respond in any way! No contact, no nothing! That was my fourth and last stay at the hotel.

Conveniently located to the tram (which also gets you to the Old Town and the Bus Terminial) and with access to a computer with the internet.

A clean functional tourist hotel about 20-25 minutes walk to town (although there is a great tram service). I would use the hotel again, but there are cheaper to be found. The breakfast was very good!

The hotel is quite nice, situated just outside the city centre. The view and hotel's surrounding are nothing special but this is usually not the purpose of the travel. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
