the hotel is well located, in the city centre of Tanger. This, together with breakfast were the only positive points. All the rest, including the customer service have to improve a lot. It may have been also because of the hosting of the national film festival, but still, we were not at all impressed. For a 4 star hotel, to have this bad quality of bathrooms its not acceptable.

Hotel is not in the best area but all of city is kind of rough. Room was ok, breakfast was nice, they changed dollars at the hotel, the closet had a pretty funky smell to it. Overall ok for a night stay but I would opt for a better hotel for a longer visit. You could hear traffic from our room all night...but this is true of all city-center hotels.

Wardrobe in room stunk of body odour! But other than that the room was clean and service good. Lobby service were very friendly and helpful

Internet was Wi Fi access only and only in the lobby. No powerpoints in the bathroom and the heater did not work. Fairly clean.

how anyone could give this hotel 4star rating is beyond belief,it was a cold .noisey inside and out. bar prices were expensive and the lighting was as if they needed to pay their electric bill.breakfast was poor and self service.we had dinner in the minza hotel one night it is 5star there was no comparison.my business means i must do a great deal of travelling,but i shall never use the services of the info provider i used for this trip ever again.

We enjoyed our three-night stay, although the hotel is a bit impersonal and slightly past its prime. Nevertheless, we'd recommend the place: it is quite adequate, at a great location, and a reasonably good value for the money. Service was good, although we were never warned about a one-time time zone change in Morocco that actually took place during our stay there.

Good, central location, however, the reception staff weren't very helpful and the room had a horrible smell to it.
