Great weekend made special by Tall StoreysThe proprietors were friendly, genuine and eager to make our stay with them special. The room was of high quality and stunning views of the Harbour and bay. Very close to harbour and sea front. Food was some of the best I have had for a long time and after our weekend I will be returning for further breaks and would have no trouble recommending this hotel to anyone. First Class thankyou

Excellent stayWe booked at the last minute and were surprised to get a room as this place gets good reviews on several sites. The B&B is in a quiet street, but within walking distance of the town (level) or the harbour (steep downhill). A small downside is that it is on-street permit parking, which means you might have to park some distance away. We were lucky and parked quite close. You will be given a permit for the duration of your stay. The owners were bery friendly, even making us a cup of tea on our arrival, which was a really nice touch and made us feel very welcome. They were knowledgeable about local restaurants & attractions and happy to help in any way.Our room was not large but it was an adequate size, nicely furnished and decorated. Breakfast was generous and made from good quality ingredients. All in all, I can't really fault it and I don't hesitate to recommend it. We'll definitely be going back!

Parking was very easy outside the hotel on a quiet street, the owner provides a visitors parking permit for each day of your stay.Tall storeys may best be described as a B+B rather than a hotel but is none the less very nice indeed. It is easy to find and very close to all the local amenities and visitor attractions of the South bay, it is up quite a steep hill but still only perhaps a 10 minute walk from the harbour. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, you are initially greeted with tea and biscuits and then shown to your room. The entire hotel is decorated in a very cosy traditional style with absolutely stunning views of the whole South bay from the luxury room. Breakfast was excellent.

Very clean hotel with very friendly, helpful and informative owners. The hotel I would describe more like a guest house - our room was disapointingly small although fully kitted out. We had the best room.Great view of the harbour etc.Breakfast is a meal to last all day!Parking on the street outside was not a problem. We did feel the cost was on the high side considering the room size. We may revisit but would review other accomodation first.

At £85 I feel the cost was too high, the accomodation was very much in the style of a guest house rather than an hotel. The owner was a very pleasant man and I think the hotel would probably suit people who are looking to spend some time chatting with him and relaxing around the hotel.

A lovely, cosy and clean bed and breakfast hotel with good wholesome food and very friendly host and hostess. Only snag if you want a sea view there are a lot of stairs to climb as this is a very tall edwardian house but its well worth it for the harbour view and then you can just collapse onto the four poster bed. Yes, we would definately go again.
