Not very nice at all. By mistake I did not add an extra deay and was charged the full rate The hotel clerk refused to give me the [...] rate and charged me the full rate which was too expensive for the quality of the hotel.

I needed to stay at the talk of the town hotel for one night while waiting to check into another hotel. I was a little less than satisfied when I got into my actual room. It was clean (from what I could see), but everything was so dated. There were visible signs of mildew on various places in the room and some signs of water damage on the ceiling. There was a small kitchenette area, but I don?t think I would have wanted to cook anything there. There were gaps underneath the door that could have easily let small insects into the room. One plus is that the staff was friendly and accommodating. Since I only needed to have a place to stay for one night, it served its purpose, but in hindsight I would be willing to spend a little more money for slightly better conditions, even for one night.

Talk of the Town because is small and quiet. The bar and grill served less than tasty cuisine and we found ourselves leaving the hotel for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was buffet but inconsistent. The bagels were hard and they often ran out of juice and eggs. Go early for best selection. The rooms were clean. The pool was a good size by is used by the public for swimming lessons in the afternoon. I would suggest this hotel if you are looking for a quiet place to stay away from the noice of the city and big hotels. Rent a car if you stay here.

Our plan was late getting in, so we didn't make it to the hotel until around 12am. The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, the bar and restaurant were already closed, as was everything else in town. The hotel was fine. I would stay there again, but would probably go somewhere else first.

"This place did not look like a lot, but it is a diamond in the rough. Clean and well kept. Nice little beach bar across the street and a great restaurant - Pincho's, awesome food!!! Easy access to downtown!!! Highly recommended"

THE TALK OF THE TOWN in Aruba was very comfortable.We arrived at night little late but the staff were very friendly. In the morning breakfast was very nice. The best thing was big marketplace was near. IT WAS a long walk but very pleasant. The hotel was very clean. We enjoyed two nights stay there.

This hotel has recently been updated and everything is clean and new. The staff are very accomodating, there was live entertainment by the pool on the weekend. The only problem I had was that there was a lack of towels and the towel provided were skimpy. Other than that, I had a nice stay. If travelers would rather be located in town than in the midst of the resorts, this would be a great choice.
