The Tahoe Seasons Resort is located directly across the street from the Heavenly Ski Resort. It is 2 miles from the hotel to the lake-shore and the marina. The Tahoe Seasons Resort is best accessed by car, with links the major area highways. It is an hour to the Reno Airport.

The rooms at the Tahoe Seasons Resort are designed as suites with modern interior décor. Some units are themed for honeymooning couples. Rooms have private spa baths, wet bar, mini fridges, and microwaves. Some rooms have gas fireplaces. There are 160 suites in all.
