If you're planning to stay here we believe you should reconsider for another hotel. This is the worst hotel we've been into. Our mistake was we assumed 3000php worth of room is okay for a place in Tagaytay. There are no bathrobes available, the swimming pool is dirty and terribly cold. Anybody can use the shower rooms and toilets, I mean everyone including Olivares store tenants, drivers and other vendors. The hotel shower vents are not even close to warm. The rooms space is tight (an approximate of 12ftX16). The smoke detectors are not working. The food is so expensive you would think that eating at McDonalds would be gourmet. They would state things that are not TRUE. We were expecting fresh fruit juices as what was printed on the menu and they served us instant juices fresh from the faucet. Privacy is also an issue in this hotel. We have noticed vouyeers inside the Country Hotel Tagaytay. If you don't believe us, try it out and we do hope you learn from your experience.
