There are four types of rooms, from basic rooms with shared bathroom facilities to air-conditioned rooms with private facilities. The deluxe ensuite rooms are the newest rooms and contain Reverse cycle air-conditioning, Private shower and toilet, Non-smoking, TV & clock-radio, Refrigerator, and Tea/coffee making facilities.

The Hotel is well situated in the city - 5 minute walk to Central Station, 10 minute walk to the heart of the city shopping, 5 minutes to Chinatown and 5 minutes to Oxford Street cafes and nightlife. Circular Quay and the Opera House are a 25 minute walk from the Hotel. As you can see, everything is very accessible by walking, and if you prefer public transport, the buses are running on the other side of the building, trains are just 5 minutes away!!.

-The Hotel is on or close to all city transport, and access to all of metropolitan Sydney is easy. The Hotel is close to theatres and movies, shopping, all hundreds of restaurants with all nationalities and types of food - from cheap, BYOs to the most upmarket restaurants.

The Hotel has no on-site parking, but has an arrangement whereby it sells payment vouchers for the Wilson Car Park which is adjacent to the Hotel building. It is entered from Goulburn Street. The price is $20 for a 1 day (24-hour ticket); $35 for a 2-day ticket, and $50 for a 3-day ticket. These tickets give multiple entries and exits. The Hotel suggests guests unpack their car at the Hotel, and get directions to and about the carpark. The Hotel is not responsible for misuse or loss of their tickets!.

The Hotel has a strictly enforced "No Visitor" policy. Only registered Hotel guests are permitted past Reception.

From the airport you can catch the KST Sydney Airporter shuttle bus servce which runs continuously between the airport and city hotels. The price for this service is $12 pp. The Hotel can also book your return journey with this service. A taxi costs about $40, and the train is about $12. 60. The Hotel is 300m north (that is, towards the city) from Central Station.
