Friendly service, room was a little more worn than advetised.

Location. Too noisy, too much partying, fighting late at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful however, the first night of our stay there was partying going on just a few doors down and two men got into fight at 2 am in morning. Second night partying downstairs, outside, bag pipes, guitars, people running around asking for beer and dope. Had to call down stairs and hotel staff claims they didn't hear anything. Finally around 1:30 a.m. it got quite. Had to be up at 5 a.m.

GM was rude and hateful. Staff less than friendly. Continental breakfast consisted of two kinds of flake cereal, but I couldn't find the milk. Carpet in room felt like it had recently been flooded, kind of sticky and damp. Think I'll find another place next time. But it was cheap.

Great coffee and cappuccino in the lobby 24/7. Small towels. Simple, clean, older hotel.

Overall, it was sufficient for our needs, seeing how we mostly just slept and bathed there. Good location right on the street and a trolly stop with bench. Eateries within walking distance. But, thank goodness I booked through Travel website! The first room had a leaking toilet. They immediately sent up someone, don't know if it was the mainenance man or manager but he was very rude and short tempered. In fact, several of the staff acted like they didn't even want you to talk to them. But I digress. Within minutes, we had another room. Wasn't so much an upgrade as it was an even swap. Lost the fridge and micro, but gained a jacquzi. But the carpet felt like it had been flooded, as another guest confirmed the same suspicion in his room. Kind of a damp, sticky feel that made me wish I'd remembered my house slippers. The carpets were also stained as were the chairs. And there was mold/mildue around the caulking on the jacquzi. But over all, it was okay for the price. After all, you do get what you pay for. I was mostly dissappointed in the less than friendly staff and a "continental breakfast" which consisted of coffee, cappaccino and two kinds of "flakes" cereal. If you want a real nice weekend, and plan to spend a lot of time in your room, spend a few extra bucks and go someplace else. But if you're just looking for somplace cheap to sleep and shower between touristy trips around the area, it suffices.

I always try to stay at a place along the trolley route that is fairly priced because most of the time I go to Eureka Springs. I spend all my time downtown except for a rest one night and a shower the next day so this place is perfect for this because it was the least expensive nicer hotel I found.

The staff and the room was great! There is nothing. It is in a great location, easy to get in and out of and quiet!

Our friend's coffee pot didn't work; he requested another one; when it also didn't work, there was no way to get a new one as the OFFICE WAS CLOSED! We had issues with our heater/air conditioner. Could not get this addressed because the OFFICE WAS CLOSED! Also, there was an area for coffee and breakfast items, but we could not have breakfast at a decent time because THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED! We attempted to call the office but only got a recording! NEVER AGAIN!

Nothing. The Jacuzzi was dirty, no toilet paper. I would not go back and stay, rooms were dirty and smelly.

We needed a quick getaway to someplace close, and this completely fit the bill. The rooms were perfectly clean, beds were comfortable, and we especially loved the Jacuzzi tubs. The pool looked good, but the weather wasn't quite warm enough for me to want to go in. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for next time. Thank you!

the swiss village inn was quiet with average accomidations. the staff was new and making an effort to provide good service. the room did have a slight musty odor, but was tolerated since we were not in the room much. the staff said they had recently taken over. maybe there will be some improvement next time.

Nice heated pool was a surprise & delicious cinnamon rolls at continental breakfast. Desk employees knew little about eureka springs. Surprising for a tourist hotel. Swiss Village Inn had young people working the desk who seemed very pleasant and knowledgeable about the hotel. They were quite willing to help in any way. Be sure to try the cinnamon rolls at the continental breakfast!

Our stay was truly Impressive. We liked the jacussi tubs best of all, it was like a second honeymoon. The great accommodations were more than we had hoped for. The clean rooms with great service and outstanding amenities made our stay a memorable one. We will be back next season so save a room for us. Thanks for a wonderful time.

The Swiss Village Inn in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, meets the needs of the busy traveler on a budget. The desk staff was great -- friendly and knowledgable about the area. Located right on the strip, the hotel is convenient to restaurants and shops. In fact, the trolley stops here, taking visitors through the historical downtown of Eureka Springs for a nominal ride-all-day charge. The trolley is a good idea, since parking is at a premium downtown. The room was attractive, with a comfortable bed, dresser, desk, and a table where you can drink coffee and plan out your day's excursions. The hotel has wireless internet connection for your laptop, and it offers a continental breakfast. Be aware that this means coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, along with cinnamon rolls and mini muffins. There's a small dining area in the lobby with two tables, so you may want to enjoy breakfast in your room.

The Swiss Village Inn had a nice size king room. The king room we stayed in had nice amenities like a jetted tub for two. It is located right along the beaten path, very close to everything.

We checked at the Swiss Village no problem until we get to the room and water is about a 1/4 inch deep all over the bath room floor and the carpet was wet near the door. We returned to the desk and the desk clerk sent what I assumed was a house keeper to look at the room and she came back and said the room upstairs was leaking in the bathroom and we could not stay in that room. The desk clerk said she only had rooms with one gueen bed available. Since we were traveling with young grand children this was unaccetable.

This hotel is a very good value for the price. It provides basic accommodation with sufficient comfort.

The breakfast was meager at best. Otherwise, while fairly clean, the room was very well used. Ceiling tiles were separating, the shower curtain had mildew and/or mold along the bottom and the carpet was stained and marked. The hot tub is in the room proper, and the room was very cramped. For the price in Eureka, it was not very well maintained and we have stayed at better values in the area.
