Our room faced a patio with several loud aircon units running all night. Our view was a wall. The bedclothes were old and not fitting for a $300/night hotel. The bathroom was old and in bad condition. Five star hotels should have spotless bathrooms and decor should be updated regularly. Finally the food was substandard - the least a kitchen can do is provide kethcup with a burger and chips! Overall, we were very disppointed with the quality of the Swiss Grand Resort Sydney. For $50-$100/night more, one can stay in the luxurious Westin which I cannot find one problem with whatsoever. Hence its full most of the time. This is why I always try to stay in Starwood Hotels. Their "Heavenly" beds are unbeatable too.

A fantastic location but unfortunately the facilities are in need of a huge revamp to meet 4 star quality. There are not a lot of choices in this area so I accept a choice has to be made on location or facilities. Bondi is the prime location and for this reason we would return.

The accomodation was all good, my only feedback is about the business centre. firstly we had our own computer with our own wireless broadband connection, but your system took over ours and we were unable to use our computer without logging in to your system with a username and password. The business centre had one printer and 3 computers. You could only print if you were attached to one specific computer. If you are paying $10.00 an hour for internet you should be able to print. Thank you

Last Minute room deal, was for one of the older tired rooms. Not really worth $212 a night

Excellent location and a really nice place to stay. Rooms are quite spacious and well set out. Staff were very helpful. Not having to pay extra for parking was a great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Swiss Grand Resort Sydney.

Good location by Bondi Beach. Sea view rooms are worth the extra. Friendly staff. Let down by standard of restaurants - monotonous food, and slow service. Hotel is planning to change to appartment hotel/appartments for let.

The place was clean, but all the towels and bath robes were quite old. Great location though.

Looking a bit tired and the airconditioning is very poor - the outside air was cooler and less humid!

We were extremely pleased with the hotel as a whole. As well as having extremely high standards of cleanliness and customer service we were also very impressed by the value for money for room service and bar meals/drinks. If returning to Bondi, we would definately like to stay in the Swiss Grand Resort Sydney again and would recommend to other travellers.
