I was disappointed by this property. Quality control, particularly in regard to bathroom cleanliness is definately lacking. My request for an early-morning call was, apparently, overlooked. While the location of the SGH is good, I feel that it represents relatively poor value for money. I will look elsewhere in future.

Very beautiful place to stay. Rooms are spacious and staff are excellent. They have their own massage salon, you must try! In walking distance to 'Time's Square' Shopping centre... Really great place to shop and cheap shoes!!!

The hotel is situated at the centre of city a walking distance from major shopping area and nearby metro station. However hotel lack much of quality of 4 star hotel. The cleanliness is not of standard, the breakfast is monotonous, we stayed for 7 nights and for all those 7 days the buffet brekfast was same. The service is average

My only real disappointment was the breakfast. It was just a bit bland, lacking in local colour.

This is a very average hotel in every way. The room decor was modern but not exceptional. The pool was small and shaded by the building. Good location for access to China town.

Location is great. Easy to get to loads of different places. More assistance would have been appreciated when dealing with information on KL.

I really enjoyed staying there. It was a walking distance from China Town, the Petronas towers and major tourist places. The only let down: I have seen more friendly staff.

Although Swiss Garden is a first class hotel it is let down by its location. Just down the road from the hotel is the very busy Pudu bus station - buses can often be seen parked on the roadside as far back as the hotel entrance. This area is very hazardous for pedestrians.

Good enough hotel. First when I checked-in , the room was not that good. I requested a room change and it was a much better clean room.

Great hotel, great location, although our room was still not ready for check in at 5pm. Would definitely stay again though.

For the price range this is a very nice hotel in a convenient location. The only bad thing was that our room smelt of smoke every time we returned and opened the door - even though it was on a non smoking floor. On the plus side breakfast buffet is wonderful - all fresh and hot an the staff extremely helpful.
