The staff were not friendly and spoke poor english. The rooms were very small and the facility was out-dated and kind of run down. Its good if you need a cheap stay but they add about $10 or more in fees and taxes to the orbitz price.

The view. The musty smell. This hotel was OK for a quick 1 night stand. The price was low and you get what you pay for.

We are going back to Swiss Chalets for the 3rd time . Everytime we go to Conway, this is where we stay. . Honest opinion, my husband and I love this place. It is cozy, the rooms we got were always clean (including the patio and the... more. Room is nice neet & clean with new bed new carpet in the room. good mt view room.

All in all, the hotel was fine, but less than I expected for the money. The staff was ok, but nothing great. The room was quite run down. Our teenage girls enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was ok. We were just disappointed. Not a place we'd really enjoy "hanging out" - we just used it as a place to sleep. I've paid this same amount (or less) for much much nicer places.

Breakfast is better than expected. Not much. This place is nice in terms of price. You should get to know that you can't find the any place with this price if you search in this area.

My vacation stay at Swiss Chaletts was more than what i had expected, Loved the swimming pool ,hot tub .Rooms were very clean and service and cooperation from the staff was excellent.I would surely recommend this motel to a friend.

It was a nice place to sleep for the night. The air condishener was messed up would not shut off with out unpluging it. The hair-dryer took a few seconds to get going and then stoped working after a few more seconds (room 110). The out side deck, one of the deck boards would hurt someone when they walked out of the room because it was right in the first step out of the door. Other then the few small things it is a nice place to stay.

Wide range of rooms available from basic up to jacuzzi in room. Slightly chintzy but adequate. The Swiss Chalet was very accommodating to our needs. Overall was a good experience, felt safe and comfortable. Loved the jacuzzi.

The Family freindly staff was definetly focused on customer service. If you needed anything, all you had to do is ask and they would do their best to accomodate your needs. The spacious, and very clean rooms are perfect for families who need a little more space while traveling with children. If your traveling to the White Mountains area of New Hampshire, Swiss Chalets Village Inn is worth the trip to the Old Route 16a Resourt loop. Set far enough back from the main road to keep traffic sounds at bay, but located close to many interesting attractions.

I usually stay in three-star hotels and this place was generally inferior. The hotel was clean, and ultimately that's what matters most to me, so I have to give it credit for that. The building exteriors were sort of cute, the room decor was very average, and inside our room you could see multiple patches on the ceiling (previous water damage?) that were very poorly patched--on a relatively smooth ceiling, they were large, lumpy, and a different color from the rest of the ceiling. The pool was broken and appeared to have been closed for a long time, although they did have a jacuzzi that we didn't try. Breaksfast was fine if you don't mind white carbs (three sugary cereals, some sugary pastries, and white waffle batter with a machine so you can bake them fresh and pour on syrup). The breakfast room was tiny and crowded so people moved outside and we actually took our food back to the room to eat. One more note--be prepared to get lost. Mapquest took us to the wrong location and when we called, the good news is that they gave us directions. The bad news is that she said people ALWAYS get lost because they don't have a real street address, and if you're arriving in the dark it's very difficult to find.

Great for price and location. This is a quaint hotel. Very close to main road, yet gives the appearance of being it's own little resort. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful, offering us tips on where to shop and eat. Although we went during spring, they do have a nice pool which is open during the summer months. I would most definitely return with my kids during the summer months. Our room was well kept and clean.

This place is very worn down, needs to be done over badly. AC's all broken and toilet was leaking. Given another room and Bugs all over the place, something on the blanket... we hit the road after that...

The hotel was in a good location with nice mountain views. The rooms were comfortable although a bit small. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Convenient to the mountains. Breakfast was better than they advertised. The desk clerk was not very helpful at check in. For the money it wasn't a bad place to stay. It is convenient to all the mountains in the area. They advertise a hot tub and heated pool, I didn't expect the pool to be open, but I don't see any reason why the hot tub couldn't be. They did have a better breakfast than they advertise. You can make your own waffles and they have danishes, cereal, juice etc.

Supposedly given a deluxe room- tired- very worn vinyl floor in bathroom. Clean enough but not worth the money. Ripped off school vacation week.

A very ordinary older motel in the process of being fixed up. The room was adequate for a two night stay. It was clean and maintained. A little off the main highway which kept the traffic noise away.

Pet friendly, centrally located to everything. Outdated room, and bed uncomfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were stuck with our dog last-minute when the dogsitter went missing, and the hotel was happy to let him come along for the trip. The setting is gorgeous as you face a mountain range and you are centrally located from North Conway on one side and the mountains (Attitash and Wildcat) on the other. The Scarecrow Pub is right across the street for really good food and a great bar experience. And Tuckerman's Pub up the street has the best prime rib. We have used the hot tub rooms in the past, and if you have the extra cash would highly recommend them.
