New wing recently added. The deluxe business rooms are excellent with pc in room provided and access 24 hrs. Always friendly and attentive staff and great location too. A great GM to know personally who is always willing to assist you in making you stay memorable.

Stay here couple of times, good hotel, worth the price, very cozy room and very clean as they are quite new, very recommended for you who would like to stay for a long time. But make sure you ask for the room that are not facing the construction site as they are renovating the other side of the hotel. The breakfast is so-so, so it is okay to do without to get a cheaper rate. For local traveler a bit disappointment without a car wash service. For foreigner, a bit to far to walk downtown, you better get a cab but make sure get bluebird taxi otherwise negotiable the price with the driver first. If you are traveling more than 2 persons you better rent a car per day as it is cheaper than taxi.

The service is very bad. Upon check in they said that there is no any reservation under my name it seem no any coordination among of them. While I have been given a reservation through website. Rooms are clean. The breakfast is very bad. The hotels is very noisy. Due to there is a construction. Staff don't speak english at all even the manager.

I found this to be an excellent Hotel, in Bandung. A little bit far away from the Shopping areas but for Bandung, nothing is really that far away.

I stayed at this hotel from 29 till 31 oct 2007 and was fully satisfied with the service and the friendly people in there. The room was awesome, big and nice interior decor with a writing table but unfortunately, there's no free internet in the room. The breakfast was good and you feel like home coz the staffs there are all friendly. The surrounding and the environment of the hotel is nice and peaceful. I met their marketing staffs X and Y and they are so friendly and even brought me to a nice place for dining while i was there. I highly recommended this place to stay in bandung.

I spent almost 3 weeks here and the service was outstanding and for the money it is a great value. Rooms are great and everyone there called me always by name.
