The new "Ride the Wave" train to the airport and downtown is in walking distance also the Safeway. After driving downtown taking the train is so much better. Hotel room was a nice size and set up well. After seeing what was available closer to town made this place look better than it did to us at first. The staff were nice. The family seem to be wanting to make it good and are working full time on it. A bit worn down but very convenient. Best deal we could find with a kitchen and wi-fi.

Very dirty and unkept. I had to get cleaning products to clean the counters down in the kitchen. Did not touch the dishes. 5 people 3 towels the first day 2 towels the rest of the time and the only time we had kitchen towels was the first day. Rooms stink, the beds are VERY uncomfortable. The work out room listed in description is non existant. They rent out the parking lot to park and fly, leaving their guests with no-where to park. ice machine doesn't work. Breakfast they list is well...not breakfast. Coffee not drinkable..So much more I could say but the main thing being is under new ownership doesn't mean squat!!! This place is not worth your money. Definately never staying here again!!

My daughter and I went to a seminar in Seattle. There were two chucks of cracker on the couch and floor but the rest of the place looked clean. You wouldn't have gotten cold with the air conditioning but we slept good. I was pleased with the quietness. We were back away from the road. The breakfast was good. There was a good variety and plenty of food. I would stay there again.

The hotel is a little run down, and in need of some improvements such as better door locks. If you want a inexpensive clean room, then this is the way to go, but if you want something a little more comfortable, then look somewhere else.

For the price this was a nice family ran hotel. The owners were friendly and very quick to change our rooms when the first one they assigned us had not been cleaned. Our room contained a king size bed, a living room area with a sleeper sofa, chair, coffee table and tv. There was also a kitchen area with a table, sink, microwave, fridge, coffee pot..they even supplied the coffee, plates, glasses, bowls, everything you would need for a longer stay. Our room was very large and clean, we didn't have any complaints. They were even ready and waiting for us at 4am with the shuttle to take us to the airport. We were 2 females traveling alone and we felt safe..can't say that about many places. If you are looking for somewhere safe and comfortable near the airport and don't have to have all the fancy amenities then this is a good place.

We checked in at 11 pm and checked out in about 15 minutes from our arrival. This place is a dump. Filthy, stinks, definatly a smoking hotel, no air conditioning, no screens on the window, the dumpster is obviously near by, carpet is gross, the parking lot was jammed so they had me just park in the traffic lane. If there had been a fire there would have been no way for the fire department to get in to the place with all the cars parking in the driveways. I would not reccomend this place to keep zoo animals in.

I can't believe this is even a recommended hotel. Broken phone, questionable stains on furniture, dirty carpet, lacking amenities, broken light bulbs. Nasty ""breakfast"" that you make yourself (waffles, toast, cereal). Avoid. Only good thing was convenient location.

When I checked in the lady tried charging someone elses credit card for my room which I had already prepaid for. First room we got the airconditioner didn't work, after requesting a second room, the refrigerator would not close, so after slamming all of my body weight into it I left, and came back to the fridge door open and all of my food soiled. Food on walls, not clean. All of our luggage still smelled like the room after we got home (a 7 hour drive). Parking not so good either.

The cleaning was the only good thing. The hotel is in need of a fresh up date. The beds were uncomfortable. The room need to be remoldeled.

This place was the worst place we have ever stayed. No screens on windows. Our room smelled. Fllod lights for vanity lights. Refrigerator in room did not work. No cooking utensils and the only pot and pan looked like they had been used in camping for 25 years. Very gross! Staff unfriendly. No elevators and had to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

"This is a horriable hotel. I found BUGS in our room, and the breakfast was Gross!! 4 other groups of people on our cruise also stayed here and decided to move to a different hotel. This hotel is only for Cheap people who like to live in filth....Very Dirty"

"This was a nice little gem of a place to stay. The rooms are spacious and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Best of all, you catch the bus a block for the hotel and can take it straight into downtown Seattle. I will stay here again."
