Great Hotel! Super location! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the concierge got us last minute Oprah tickets!! Amazing! the doorman went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The Whiskey Bar was alot of fun and the food was really good. Everything was perfect. We will be back for sure....maybe when it is a little warmer;)

This is a lovely hotel. The location, close to all the quaint restaurants and shops on Rush Street AND the big attractions of Michigan Avenue and downtown Chicago, make it a sure thing. The hotel is top-quality and not part of the "big hotel" situation caused by the massive Chicago conventions. We went to family wedding events at the Hyatt and Intercontinental, but our hotel was the best of all!

Location is wonderfully close to walking almost anywhere. Cabs are easy to get if you need one.

Marvelously appointed located near great restaurants. Shopping, both large retailers and boutiques nearby. Services were above and beyond expectations. Will make my next visit only to this location. Very stylish rooms, spacious and quiet.

Location right across from restaurant and bar. No accommodations not worth the price at all both thumbs down. I did not get the view that I truly wanted and they could not accommodate me with a double bed as they were full. Instead of feeling like I received a great deal for my money.

"I love this place. Service is smart and friendly, location is perfect if you are hungry every three hours. Highly recommend. Also loved the parking and breakfast deal from travel website."

We were thrilled w/ the location of this hotel..steps from the Mag. Mile, right on Rush Street w/ all it's great restaurants and booming nightlife. A small part was next to the hotel, where you could sit at night w/ your Latte and watch all the people go by. It was a great location. The rooms were average size w/ nice, large bathrooms. Only negative- the towels are like sandpaper. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the low key elegance and charm of Sutton Place. The staff was professional and very friendly. Maid service twice daily was prompt and very efficient! Modern rooms and lobby. The bed and pillows were perfect. The bathroom was large and clean with drawers to put things in. Great shower and huge tub. Great selection of pay movies!!! Quiet hotel with tons of action right across the street. The Mex Whiskey bar in te lobby was always hopping and fun!

Perfect location to some of the best dining and one block from the Magnificent Mile. It doesn't get any better than this. 2 blocks from Lake Michigan. This is a first class hotel with the Concierge Mark that holds the honour of Les Clefs d'Or. Bravo to the entire staff, from bellman, to doorman, to cleaning staff and the front desk personnel. The friendliest city I have visited in a lot of years.

Robe & slippers in the bathroom & shampoo & supplies. The A.C. was not as cold as I wanted. People across were noisy. This hotel was very clean, very close to everything. Nice restaurants, stores, etc. Wish I knew that they had a pool!
