Local attractions include Ybor City, located 30 miles from the property, Busch Gardens, approximately 36 miles away, and St. Pete Beach, located three miles from the property. Orlando theme parks and attractions are located 105 miles from Treasure Island.

Property amenities include beach front with beach access, outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool, beach volleyball, trolley services, free newspapers, and beach cabana rentals.
