They never cleaned the room the whole time we stayed there. No clean towels we had to go get them ourselves. Cops was called ever nite to someone there ever nite, other guess where very loud and unfriendly to the other. Trash cans and ice bucket had black stuff in the botton of them all and all this was very unclean hotel. I will never tell anyone to stay at this hotel.

The rooms are too close to the freeway. The on-line pictures have to be at least 10 years old. My first room had plumbing problems and no working phone. My second room was too close to the freeway- traffic noise was too loud. My third room didn't have the two beds I requested. My fourth room had no working phone & they had to rob another room for a TV. The staff was very accomodating, but the rooms were not as shown in their web site.

Nothing, the worst hotel I ever stayed at. No one could get anything done. Hotel was really bad. No room available, got a smoking room, I don't smoke & my wife has cancer. Next day moved to a Jacuzzi room. Wireless internet service did not work. Ice machine did not work. 1st night no hot water. Maid did not speak English. No towels. When you talked to the staff no one could help you. Had to walk 75 yards to Comfort Inn to get ice.
