The room was big. I didn't like the fact that the hotel staff can barely speak English. The only thing good about this room was the fact that the room was big. We could hear theTV from the room right next to ours. We were in some bad weather warnings and the manager didn't know where we should go if the weather got really bad when we asked him. The second night we were there ourTV didn't work. We didn't have any hangers in our room. There were no eating places close by.

Found this place via "Travel" website on just a few days notice. Wallpaper was coming off the entrance area walls in the room (curling back from the seams and bottom). Bath floor tile grout was black; tub/shower was grimy looking with a slight yellow tint. Furniture looked to be at least 20 years old, beds concave/sagged somewhat; bedspreads looked really old/grungy. Back windows were filled/blocked in with insulation. My wife would not even get out of the car (That bad.) Carpet was patched with duct tape; also dark and grungy looking. Spent about a minute in the room (prepaid 65+ on website; no refund possible). Got back in the car and drove to San Antonio (600 miles); arrived home at 4:15 a.m. Thanks a lot Travel; will never use this website again. Manager was nice though; a decent guy. They advertise free breakfast, but only ~ a 5' counter in the office area and no chairs. Must be coffee and a donut, on the run. Website shows exterior with newer green colored standing seam metal roof and beige stucco finish. Makes for misleading advertising. I am a licensed engineer and have done plenty of facility inspections including housing. This place should be used for transients and homeless people on an emergency basis until better quarters could be found. People were using the pool though. Hope it was chlorinated. If website mentions recent remodel, it must be only the exterior. And this place rates 3 stars? I don't believe that this is acceptable even for rural Oklahoma. Decent, safe, and sanitary? [Real Estate terms.] I plan to make further complaints (BBB, Oklahoma Attorney General's office -- consumer fraud division, etc.) Did not take time to check on the air conditioner, water pressure or temperature, or other "amenities." AMEN.

the hotel staff was very helpful. Our room was nice & comfortable and had good internet connection. My overall experience was quiet and excellent.
