I was at the Super 8 for a swim meet in DeKalb. This place was at least $20 cheaper than DeKalb lodging and just as nice (I stayed in DeKalb last year for the same meet). My only gripe was the young girl with an attitude at the front desk. Otherwise, no complaints.

Staff was very friendly. When they say they have breakfast they should mean breakfast, not cereal & toast.

My friend and I were very pleased with the Super 8 in Rochelle. It was very clean and comfortable . the staff was very helpful and the continental breakfast was good too. We would definitely stay there again.

It was close to all the major highways. It was also in the center of town so it was easy to find fun. There was an unpleasant smell in my room. I also had to kill a roach in my room.

The hotel was warm and just off the highway. We were stuck in an ice storm and it provided shelter for us. The enterance was covered with ice. The power went out for 2 hours due to the ice storm. They should have provided candles or flash lights.
